House Rules & Important Information
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book.
• City-Mandated Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. All outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game room, etc.) must remain unused during this time.
• Security Cameras: Exterior-only cameras may be present for city compliance.
• STR Rules Deposit: A $500–$700 hold applies to all reservations. This is not a charge and is only collected if house rules are violated.
• Maximum Occupancy: 19 guests total (including infants), with a maximum of 15 adults.
• Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent at the time of booking.
• Pre-Arrival: About two weeks before check-in, you’ll receive the property address and your unique door code.
• Extended Stays: Stays longer than 10 nights may require an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
• Other Units: There is a separate ADU on the property that may also be rented during your stay
