Honestly, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with no regrets. However, I had an important issue with the receptionist who worked that day. Her attitude was unbearable towards me. She wasn’t professional upon my arrival. She didn’t greet or say anything at all. Even though I said hi, she only asked me how she could help me. I said that I’m to check in. She asked me for my credit card and my ID. Subsequently, when I presented my identification and payment card, after I had respectfully handed them to her, these documents were returned by being placed directly on the counter rather than being handed back to me. This interaction, characterized by a lack of professional engagement and impersonal demeanor, significantly impacted my initial impression.
I felt like the level of professionalism displayed during this encounter fell short of the high standards I associate with the hotel. I’m sharing this information in the hope that they will review this matter internally and consider measures to ensure that all guests consistently experience the warmth, courtesy, and attentiveness that are vital to a positive hotel stay.
