"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

"Upon arrival the room smelled like freshly smoked weed. Second night someone pull the fire alarm and everyone was awaken early morning. There was no Continental breakfast as usual. Appliances need to be replaced. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner was old and ran very loud. You have to park across the street if hotel parking lot is full. "

Many reviews mentioned lack of cleanliness but there were responses saying it was addressed so we took a chance. We knew it was older but clean it was not. Just painting the baseboards would help to dress it up a bit. But it was badly in need of sweeping and mopping in places besides the lobby and common areas. I wouldn't recommend or go back. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch.
