Welcome to this beautiful 300 sq. ft. studio featuring a king bed, private bathroom, and kitchenette, located directly on the Crystal River and within walking distance of everything in Downtown Redstone. This second-floor unit offers a beautiful view of the Crystal River, providing a comfortable and convenient mountain retreat.

Please note: One flight of stairs is required to enter this unit.

Living Space

This thoughtfully designed studio offers a king bed and private bathroom, creating a comfortable setting for your stay. Positioned directly on the Crystal River, the unit provides scenic river views and easy access to the surrounding natural beauty.

Kitchenette

The well-equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, built-in dual-burner cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided to help you start your mornings off right.

Wow, exceeded expectations and just wanted to enjoy the river right there. Lovely access to everything you might want to relax, celebrate or hike outside. Looking at coming every few months for the perfect escape.

Loved the location! The patio area along the river was beautiful for relaxing next to the water. The studio had everything we needed. I did not give it five stars because the bed is painfully soft. A new firm mattress would be an improvement. However, I would stay here again.

The location his ideal for a quiet time in the mountains. The room was small but equipped with all of the amenities to make a home away from home. The wife and I enjoyed the stay very much and is most likely unbeatable for the price,

Great couples getaway

We enjoyed our stay for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The place was newly renovated and very clean. Comfortable for the two of us and we could have brought our 6 year old along too. She would have love the park right next door. The river was lovely right out our window and the heart shaped rose petals on the bank were a cute touch! Great location to stroll through the town.

Mother daughter getaway. Perfect location, space, communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better room. Cute, clean, simple, trendy, close to river, galleries, park, general store ( with a coffee shop, ice cream shop, lots of organic choices and great homemade organic food, gifts). The room was private and peaceful. The owner friendly and prompt. Solitude and connection with my daughter in this perfect space…just what I needed. Quaint & Perfect

Loved, loved, loved this quaint property - it was absolutely perfect for our 3night get-a-way. We walked to many businesses in Redstone, enjoyed being right on the Crystal River (slept with the windows open to hear the river - so relaxing), and the space was just the right size for the two of us. Check in/check out was super easy and all communications were prompt, kind and informative. Would definitely stay here again!
