"Fantastic stay. Wonderful rooms, very comfortable bed. Balcony was a treat. There was a small issue of cleanliness where there was water leftover in the coffee pot and towels left on the bathroom floor when I arrived. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay."

The owners and staff could not have been more welcoming. They work hard to keep this landmark location in shape -- a labor of love and it shows. I hope to be back soon!"

"Property was clean, safe with excellent customer service. Easy walk to Capitol State building and Temple square, shopping and eating. There is a dress code of business casual to eat in dining room which is not listed on Expedia site. Parking is safe. Could have used better sleeping pillows. "

"Bed was above average as hotel beds go. They popped a $20 a night parking fee on me at the desk, which was pretty lame. The desk people were pretty average, even slightly annoying and unhelpful. The "Fitness Center" was about 90 percent cardio with very little else. They could have easily taken out half the cardio equipment and replaced it with anaerobic machines. On Expedia it said it would be $139/night but it ended up being $200/night. Next time I stay in SLC I'll probably be staying...

"The only thing I had problems with was the entrance and exit from the parking garage. Needed assistance both times. Plus, I had to go have my room access card re-activated on my last night there. Was an inconvenience at the time, but doable. With their access system into rooms, one would think that they would know or at least check into the life of the batteries used on their room entrance locks. If he re-activation of the card, did not work, would have had to wait for security to arrive to get...
