"Great location — very accessible and close to everything. The place was very clean, and the AC worked well. The only downside was the hot water; it wasn’t quite hot enough, more lukewarm. Other than that, a clean and convenient spot to stay."

"I waited approx 40 minutes before getting response from host. Parking was limited with the exception of a lot where you have to go over side walk with ur car with a big rock in between. Trust me you wont have an oil pan after parking. The apt. Is on top of a hill, the area doesn't appeared safe at all. After seeing location not finding a place to park, i decided to leave however i loss all my money. No refund. Host never contacted me to at least refund half of the money. A total loss and waist...

"Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior."

"We had an enjoyable stay. Glad we had the whole place to ourselves. There are technically 2 rental units in the one house. The 1st unit had a kitchen with the living/dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one had a TV). There is door in the hallway that connects to the 2nd unit, which has a separate mini kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (with TV). My oldest enjoyed feeling like she had her own apartment for our stay. The mini apartment unit connected to the back terrace area and the laundry....

"Stayied for a weekend vaction, had some small issues cruise changed dates but the host was flexible, the apartment was perfect, myself and my guest both . "Buyers beware.Its advertised as close to beaches. It was 3 beaches that where completely closed. The neighborhood looked bad like we could get robbed when the sun went down. There were strey dogs cats and horses runing up and down the street. (Yes strey horses). The apartment was very very tiny. I used the toilet and my knees were literally touching the wall.The closet did not open all the way. Only 1 ac in the bedroom. We stayed 20 min then took our things and left. Its also an hour and a half...
