Pet friendly cottage by the Delaware Bay-Townbank

Our vacation cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. There is an outdoor shower and large fenced-in yard. There is 1 queen and 2 full size bunk beds. You must provide your own pillowcases, sheets, towels and washcloths. We provide pillows, comforters and blankets. Check in is 4:00. Check out is 11:00. I am unable to accommodate early check-in's during the summer season.

Furniture, beds, wall A/C's, hot water heater and smart TV with Amazon fire stick are updated. Property is on a quiet street in historic Townbank, which is the most desirable part of North Cape May. The end of my block backs up to the Cape May Wildlife Area which makes it much less populated than other streets. There is very little traffic and is extremely quiet. It's a 1 1/2 block walk to the Delaware Bay beach where you will see the most amazing sunsets, be able to walk your dog, fish off the jetty or just relax on the uncrowded beach. It’s a short drive to the wineries, Cape May and Wildwood boardwalk. There are some really great dining spots that fit all budgets in North Cape May if you want to stay local.

No matter how stressed our lives are, as soon as we get out of the car in the driveway and breathe in the air, see the clear sky and don't hear a sound except for birds, our muscles can't help but go "aaahhh." We know you will feel this too. It's the perfect getaway.

$20 per night for well behaved, potty trained dog. Limit is 2 dogs. Food and water bowl provided.

Cleaning fee is $10 per night.

Outside pet waste removal is responsibility of tenant and not included in cleaning fee. Dog waste must be placed in outside trash can before departure.

This was our 6th stay, and we wouldn't want to book anywhere else when visiting the Cape May area. Everything is perfectly organized, it feels like home. Only a short walk to the beach, and minutes to drive to Cape May. We found great food at the local restaurants and wineries. Always a perfect vacation with our 2 labbies, who enjoy the fenced in yard.

Fenced yard made it possible to allow my pups to run free. House was well taken care of. Outside area in back yard had an area that had pavers and outside furniture that we used daily to relax after busy day. Instruction for everything that we needed to utilize made for perfect stay.

Larger than we expected and a very cozy place. We absolutely loved our stay. Our more negative feedback to help improve - the floors were fairly dirty, recycling wasn't taken out from previous guests, and the couch smelled like dog.

Good Stay

Stayed with my wife, kids, and dog. Fenced in yard was great for the dog and super quiet neighborhood. 1.5 blocks to the beach. Dogs can go before 11 and after 4 every day. Property owner has beach chairs and umbrella to use. Only negative was the AC’s in the room were dirty. Cleaned them up a bit and we were good to go.

Very nice updated two bedroom cottage. Plenty of room for us three. Two block walk to very quiet beach (no beach tags required). A very quiet part of the Cape May area. Easy driving to market, restaurants, shopping. The cottage was well equipped, beds comfortable, easy cleaning floors, lovely bath.

We had a wonderful time at this delightful little house near the bay. The house was well kept, had window units to keep the bedrooms nice and cool during the summer heat, a new AC unit in the living room for the main living areas and a very comfy couch! We enjoyed the fenced in back yard for our smaller children and the bay was a 10 minute walk (with small children moving a bit slowly). The house was very conveniently located to the ferry and many restaurants/stores. All in all a very lovely place!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Something close to the beach and to town. The only issue we had were the ant bait stations in accessible areas for our toddler and the mold/mildew in the window units that would just need a simple cleaning.

Perfect weekend in Cape May

This is our 2nd year at this property. The home is the perfect little getaway for a relaxing weekend in Cape May. We especially appreciate the convenient location, being close to the bay. We travel with our pup so choosing a home that allows dogs is a must.

Lovely beach home perfect for dogs

This property is perfect for small families who travel with their dogs. The yard is fenced in with plenty of room for the dogs. The short walk to the Delaware bay beach was fantastic. Close to Cape May and many other attractions

Cozy house by the bay

Beautiful little house a few blocks from the bay that allows dogs..check. Brought my wife and kids and our labs to visit family. This house was perfect even in the winter. Plenty of room for us to relax after hanging around with family and walking the beaches. Had a slight snag on check in but the property manager was all over it and fixed it fast. Dogs loved the fenced in yard and kids loved the big bunk beds. House was clean had everything you need to cook or if you are lucky enough to be there in the summer go to the beach. Wi-Fi and Smart TV worked good for the kids and if it hadn't rained the days we were there the back patio looked amazing to just sit with a cup of coffee. Close to everything in Cape May or Wildwood located in a quiet neighborhood. Just a really nice dog friendly place with attentive hosts. Would def stay again.
