As soon as you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a bright, modern, and spacious living environment. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a harmonious connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The tasteful furnishings, high-quality details, and open layout give the villa an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. Here, you can relax after an eventful day, cook together, watch a movie, or simply enjoy that special vacation feeling.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and will quickly become the hub of your shared vacation moments. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast, a relaxed lunch, or a cozy dinner with the family—here you can enjoy your vacation exactly as you envision it. Entertainment is provided by several TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi, and for music lovers, we’ve installed a Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you to listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device throughout the house or by the pool.

A special highlight of the villa is its spacious outdoor area. Under the covered terrace, you can fully enjoy the typical laid-back Florida lifestyle—whether it’s breakfast, relaxing on the comfortable lounge furniture, or a cozy evening with family and friends. The pool provides pleasant refreshment year-round, while the hot tub invites you to wind down at the end of a vacation day. Both are electrically heated and operated with a salt system, making the water particularly pleasant and gentle on the skin. Pool loungers and a stylish lounge area turn the outdoor space into a true second living room.

The floor plan is also impressive: the four bedrooms offer comfortable retreats, while three modern bathrooms provide additional comfort. One of the bathrooms is particularly convenient, with direct access to the pool area.

Villa Reflection is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Cape Coral, offering the perfect combination of relaxation and easy access to amenities. Restaurants, shopping, and numerous recreational activities are conveniently accessible by car. For relaxing days on the Gulf of Mexico, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are provided—so your next day at the Florida beach can begin without a hitch.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outdoors.
