The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The south facing villa is located in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the spacious pool deck and boat dock. Both areas offer more space than usual for sunbathing and relaxing.

The perfect location makes the villa the ideal spot for boaters. You can easily get to the river without water gates. The villa is located at a wide canal so that even inexperienced drivers can safely moor their boat at the private dock. Further highlights for water-lovers are several kayaks & Stand Up Paddle Boards as well as a tube and board that can be used by our guests. Also a cornhole game is provided.

Enjoy the beautiful view from the pool area on one of the six sun loungers. For your convenience there are plenty of towels available and our small guests will love the water toys, balls, air mattress, and small water slide.

With 2750 sqft the villa is luxuriously dimensioned and provides plenty of space. It captivates with its tasteful and modern furnishing and two large master suites with private bath. Both rooms have a direct access to the pool area. One of the master bathrooms even has a free-standing bathtub. Altogether, the luxury villa has four bed rooms and three luxurious bathrooms. All areas are equipped with TV and wifi. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is the ideal place for extensive cooking events.

The privileged location of this wonderful villa offers several shopping facilities within close proximity, and a large selection of various restaurants. Many popular destinations are within easy reach by car.

We have compiled individual info material for every villa for our guests with useful tips for shopping, markets, outlets, restaurants, sights, and much more.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

Cape Coral Vacation

The house and pool is beautiful, clean and there's so much space and the location are great. You can fish in the canal and see lots of other sea life. The per guest fee isn’t included/explained in the description, which is my only suggestion for improvement. Otherwise we loved the house, pool and all the extra amenities.

Great house would stay again!

This place was amazing. The house was spotless and the property manager was amazing (we had no issues she checked on us to make sure we didn't have any questions or issues). House is even more beautiful than the pictures show. We used the kayaks and pool daily. I would send this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The BEST Vrbo property I’ve ever stayed in!

Down to the very last detail, this home has it all! Our family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday with my in-laws and we could not have asked for a better trip. With the warm weather, heated pool for the kids, view of the water, comfort and luxury of the home itself.. we will surely be back to make more memories here!!

Excellent home

We’ve rented homes in Cape Coral for ten years, and this is the nicest home we’ve had. Anya was wonderful in greeting us. The home was immaculate and the interior decor was beautiful. We’d rent this home again!

Almost Perfect

The home was beautiful; great layout, immaculately kept, and the decor wonderful. It was obvious the owners/managers take great pride and care in maintaining the property. The pool/lanai area was spacious and comfortable. Great location, the neighborhood was quiet, yet still close to major streets which made it easy to get around town. All around an almost perfect stay, the only issue was trying to maintain a usable temperature in the hot tub. The system is somewhat complex, and a few lines in the property 'book' on its operation would have been helpful.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!

This house is very nice and clean! You will not be disappointed with this house and stay. They had absolutely everything we needed for the stay including stuff for the beach (umbrella, wagon, sand toys, chairs, etc). The pool and hot tub pump broke at no fault of theirs and the property manager got it fixed immediately. The property manager was so welcoming, kind and responsive to our wants and needs. Excellent family vacation rental

I stayed here for 10 days with my wife and 4 kids and we absolutely loved it. We have rented many homes in Florida and this one was by far our favorite. The house is beautiful — way nicer than the photos. The pool area is amazing. The house is stocked with everything you need. We especially liked all the beach gear that was available. Most places we’ve rented have maybe 2 beach chairs and a broken umbrella. This house had 8 chairs, 3 umbrellas, 2 coolers, a boogie board and numerous sand toys for the kids. This house literally has everything you need. The property manager was excellent and was very quick to respond to questions and any small issues we had. One thing to note is that the house is a about 20 minutes from the closest beach. However, this house is way nicer than anything you can rent close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect. The villa met our families needs. The pool had to be the biggest hit. We either played in it or set by it for hours. The property is just as described. Would definitely come back. We also rented a boat with ease. This was a great time and would definitely come back.

Great house on the canal, with dock for boat.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Everything you need is provided. Only thing I would want to change is the A/C, the lowest setting is 73F, which is warm to me at night. Other than that, everything was great.

amazing house and Property!

5 STARS! We were so amazed by the whole house and property. It was clean and had so many amenities. They literally had everything we could need outside of food at this home. It was a first class interior! Amazing pool and dock! 4 big bedrooms-2 would be considered master bedrooms! great kitchen, living room and office! Tastefully decorated. Garage had coolers, Paddle surf boards, kayaks, beach chairs, sand toys, float tube! Great location! Close local shopping and beaches! We want to rent this same house again and bring our family down next time!

Great Property

This property was exactly as the photos showed. The house was very organized and had lots of dishes, pans, and glasses. The pool heater did not work when we arrived at the house but they let us know right away and had someone come over to take care of it. Loved that someone met us when we arrived and answered any questions we had and met with us before we left to see how everything was. The only request I would have is that dimmer switches need to be on the lights in the kitchen and living room they are very bright! Our family had a very relaxing week and enjoyed our stay!!

You'll never want to leave...

It is such a beautiful property, exactly as pictured here. Fully stocked in about every single way imaginable, including kitchen, bedrooms, bath and beach/pool towels, pool toys, etc. The garage is awesome to protect your car from any inclement weather or the hot hot sun, plus that's where many of the beach supplies are kept. Makes packing and unpacking the car so much easier as well! With all the amenities, you really feel like you have your own resort to enjoy. We spent most of the days floating in the pool, having meals at the grand patio table and just enjoying the quiet. It was my wife and me on our trip but we can easily see bringing back different sets of parents, knowing there is good separation between the different bedroom areas. The second Master is directly off the kitchen, so morning or late night noise should be considered in who is assigned that room. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are isolated down their own hallway and share a very nice third full bathroom. Speaking of bathrooms, the main Master shower is just ludicrous -- I think it is bigger than my first apartment!! Things to Know: 1. Electricity is charged after the fact. Not a big fan of that but it wasn't outrageous and I'm sure helps keep folks from running the AC at 60 degrees F... 2. They list cable/satellite but that is not really true. They have xfinity internet/wireless, and then have local channels only via xfinity. Essentially, it is antenna TV. There are no cable channels, including the most basic ones like ESPN, HGTV, TBS, etc. You can broadcast your own stream to their TVs via your own service but depending on the channel, you may get licensing error messages like we did for many. And yes, I realize we aren't there to watch TV but crummy weather at times, late night viewing and sporting events still require some attention on vacation! 3. There are a couple bar/restaurants within walking distance to the house. We got takeout from Point 57 and sat on the patio at FINS dive bar. Both very friendly and popular with locals (regulars!) from what we could tell. Good food and drink specials every day at FINS made it a place I would have spent more time at in a COVID-less world...Up the road is a place called Twisted Lobster that we went to twice and loved it. ENJOY!
