Villa Ciao Bella is located in a quiet residential area directly on the Armstrong Canal. This waterway offers the advantage that boat owners and boat renters can go directly to the Gulf of Mexico and the open sea. Of course we will be happy to help you rent the right boat for your needs. The nearest supermarket is only a few minutes away, as are the Belk department store, Starbucks and the restaurant Woody's Island Rum & Grille. Nature lovers benefit from the proximity of the picturesque Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve, where you can kayak and watch dolphins.
Our luxury villa has one master bedroom, one junior master bedroom and two junior suites. All rooms are equipped with extra large king size beds and two bedside tables and can be completely darkened. There are also built-in wardrobes und laundry baskets. On the wall hangs a 50 inch TV in razor sharp 4K Ultra HD quality, in the master bedroom there is even a 55 inch screen. Three of the four rooms have a chest of drawers in addition to the wardrobe for further storage space.
Each room also has a bathroom with WC and its own shower. Towels are ready for you. The size of the rooms is almost identical, so that your little ones and also the bigger ones don't have to fight for the best room. All rooms are equipped with a child safety lock. If a door is opened, the security system informs you immediately via a computer voice. So you always know where your children are and don't have to worry about them making an unplanned trip to the pool or canal. Those who arrive without children can of course turn off the security system.
From the master bedroom and the junior master bedroom you can get directly to the pool area. But also from the junior suites you can get to the pool quickly, as they are equipped with a large terrace door. This is also practical if you want to go to your bathroom for a short time without walking through the house with wet feet.
The living room, kitchen and dining area are located in a bright, open area. A 4K UHD TV with 75 inch screen hangs on the entertainment wall in the living room. The good piece can be swivelled, so you can even watch TV in the spa area. Next to it is a Playstation 4 game console with a large selection of games. A powerful Sonos home theater soundbar provides the perfect sound for movie nights and the comfortable couch offers enough space for the whole family.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals. It's equipped with a refrigerator, a fully functional oven with pizza trays, a microwave, a toaster, a blender and a sink with kitchen waste chopper. The high-quality coffee machine ensures a perfect start to the day. Our kitchen appliances are quality products from renowned manufacturers such as KitchenAid. The solid worktop is made of marble and offers enough space for cooking. At the counter you will find three high chairs. So cooking becomes a sociable affair. Or you can use this seating area to have a small snack in between. We have provided enough pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. Glasses, cups, plates are available in double and triple versions – so even a dinner with many guests is no problem. We have also thought of cutlery for the outdoor kitchen and for the little ones there are separate dishes, cups and plates available. If you want to pack a packed lunch for your excursion day, there are enough Tupperware boxes available.
The wonderful weather in Cape Coral suggests to have breakfast in the pool area. Eight people can sit here comfortably. Alternatively, you can dine in the elegantly designed interior. The dining table with its real wood top and the matt black metal base is a real eye-catcher and offers enough space for menus with several courses. Thanks to the spacious bench and comfortable chairs, this area not only invites you to eat, but also to chat and socialise. The wall clock and ceiling lamp in silver blend harmoniously into the design, as does the painting on the wall.
A special highlight of our luxury holiday home is the pool area. Our infinity saltwater pool is much bigger than what you will find as standard in other Cape Coral vacation homes. You will have the feeling that the water flows directly into the canal in front of the veranda. Red eyes and chemicals are a thing of the past thanks to the latest saltwater technology. In the pool we have installed a wide bench, so you can comfortably watch the beautiful sunsets – no problem thanks to the west orientation of Casa Ciao Bella. Perfect relaxation after long days out is guaranteed by our spa area with heated whirlpool. The little ones splash safely in our sunledge. This shallow water area around the pool is also ideal if you just want to cool off your legs in the pool chair. Right next to it there is an outdoor shower. Get some sun on our spacious sunbathing area with four comfortable deckchairs. Sufficient bath towels are provided by us.
The roofed lanai is equipped with a large dining table, so that you can enjoy your meal directly at the pool with a view of the canal. There is also a TV with a 65 inch screen in 4K Ultra HD quality, which can also be swivelled. The two Sonos speakers leave nothing to be desired when listening to music. The ultra-modern outdoor kitchen is the icing on the cake for the outdoor area. Here our high-tech grill is enthroned: The Bull Angus made of stainless steel has a 30 inch grill surface as well as its own lighting. Thanks to the four cast stainless steel burners and an infrared background burner, the heat is evenly distributed. So steaks and sausages are a perfect success. You don't have to worry about smoke development. A high-performance extractor hood embedded in the ceiling, which is otherwise only used in professional kitchens, directs the smoke directly through the roof to the outside.
Around the house is a paved path that takes you to the two smaller rooms and the pool deck. Behind the house there is another highlight of Villa Ciao Bella: Our boat dock is equipped with a concrete dock and offers enough space to enjoy the sun and fish. The canals of Cape Coral are known for their abundance of fish and you don't even have to bring your own equipment. We provide fishing equipment including bait, so even beginners can start fishing immediately. The deck has a boat lift and two holders for jet skis. In the evening the area is illuminated.
Our luxury villa is equipped with the latest Smarthome technology: Not only is high-powered wireless throughout the house. Air conditioning and heating adapt to the outside temperature and can be regulated by the property management on the road via app, according to your wishes and at lightning speed, without anyone having to come by first. Various lights in the house can be dimmed. Furthermore, the villa is secured with an alarm system. The outside area is monitored by camera, except of course the pool area, where your privacy is very important to us. If you wish, we can also turn off the cameras for the duration of your visit. There is a motion detector inside the pool area.
The most important thing for us is that you are happy and safe in Villa Ciao Bella. This of course also applies to our little guests. In addition to the security system mentioned above, a pool fence can be erected around the pool. In general, our luxury villa is very child-friendly. Two baby beds with high-quality mattresses, protective mats and sheets are available as well as two baby phones and two child seats for the dining tables. If you are afraid that your child might fall out of bed at night, two easy-to-attach bed slats are available. In the master bathroom there is a fold-away changing station so you always have your utensils in one place. The master bathroom is also equipped with two seating areas where you can relax and set your little ones down. There is also a bathtub. And if your baby should ever whimper, our well-groomed children's toys offer the perfect distraction. We also have many other surprises up our sleeves, such as a “learning toilet” for our little guests.
A utility room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as a garage with space for two cars complete the equipment in our luxury villa.

HOUSERULES / FAQ
Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2-4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40-$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.
BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.
Cancelation fee: Guests who cancel more than 60 days before check-in will receive a 95% refund of all payments made. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.
Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
