Great vacation rental

We felt just like home. The beds were very comfortable and everything was so accesible. The salt water heated pool and spa was a huge bonus and we were able to use it quite a bit. We would highly recommend for anyone staying in cape coral

25th Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the location of the house was perfect. We enjoyed visiting Captiva Island and the yummy restaurants. The pool was awesome and we had a nice relaxing time. Thank you so much to our hosts Henry and Lynn they are awesome. If you would love a great place to stay in cape coral this is the place

Great property

Me, my wife, MIL, and two kids (4 & 9) stayed here for a week. Great CLEAN property, in a low key quiet neighborhood. Publix is 2 miles up the road, and a great golf course (Cape Royal) 2.5 miles up the road. Only thing I'd point out was there were no dressers in any of the rooms, so you're pulling from your suitcase the whole trip (not a huge deal to us, but fair to point out). 30-40 minute drive to Fort Myers. The property owners were super responsive, and easy to deal with. Kids loved the pool light show every night. Would definitely recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this home. There was a minor issue upon arrival but it was taken care of very quickly. The property manager and homeowners were quick to respond which was greatly appreciated. Otherwise, the home was very nice to stay in.

Recent booking

We rented this property for my daughters birthday Pros-The home is new in a nice neighborhood and the interior cleanliness was good with the exception of body hair on the bathroom floor. The private pool and spa were nice however the heating did not work on either. Cons-the outside garbage was over full over the top with flies and maggots on the garbage and driveway, the patio furniture had hair and insect nest on the cushions, there was garbage at the front entrance on arrival. Would not rebook this property.

Very pleasant and peaceful stay

We are French tourists and we needed to find ourselves at home. Lynn and Henry's villa is modern, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Our privacy has been respected and the owners are always contactable if you need. The salt pool is very well designed and we had a great time on the terrace. My daughter is in a wheelchair and the house is spacious and allowed her to move around in peace. I highly recommend this villa.

Excellent Vacation Home!

This is our 9th year visiting southern Florida for our annual beach trip. This was our first time staying in Cape Coral area and it was wonderful! The beaches were further away than we expected but the house and pool made up for it! The home was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. The homeowners provided all the necessities for a perfect vacation. We always rent a house to avoid the crowds at the condos and this neighborhood was perfect. Our 11 year old wanted to skip the beaches and stay at the pool…so we spent several days relaxing at the house and tanning in the lounge chairs. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to visiting again next year!

April Getaway

Henry and Lynn’s home is beautiful! The kitchen is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated and the master bathroom is my dream bathroom. The pool and spa were perfect and we used them almost daily. Henry and Lynn were very responsive and kind. You can’t go wrong renting this house.

Great Babymoon!

Beautiful clean house for our last trip before we welcome our baby. The bed was comfortable and house was clean. The pool was the perfect temp. My only suggestion is to bring a Yeti style cup for drinks by the pool to avoid glass outside. We had a great time! Thank you
