This luxurious home includes terrace with Smart TV and one beverages refrigerator, a heated pool, jacuzzi, two dining rooms and lounge chairs with umbrellas, trampoline, basketball hoop in the pool and on the trampoline, a hammock, bbq, dock with kayaks, fishing rods and also a game room with Smart TV, air conditioner, a beverages refrigerator, a sofa bed, arcade games, pool table and air hockey table, many board games for all ages, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with Smart TV, a recliner, fast and free WIFI and more is perfect for endless relaxation. Cape Coral offers endless activities, from fishing and boating to dining and shopping. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a large Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a comfortable seat and a walk-in closet. A crib, clothes Iron and an ironing board . A Master Bath with jacuzzi, a shower, a Handheld Bidet Sprayer, a hair dryer stored in the closet, a folding bathtub and a children bench. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 has one full-size bunk beds and a twin bed, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan and a desk office. Second bathroom has access to the pool, a Bath tub, a Handheld Bidet Sprayer, a Hair dryer and a Children bench stored in the closet. The breakfast dining room has a high chair for baby. The First aid kit is stored in the Kitchen. The fire extinguisher is in the garage. Liquid laundry detergent is always left inside washing machines. There are two washing machines that wash and dry. They do the wash and dry cycle. The dish soap tablets, the scouring sponge, cleaning products and the kitchen paper towel are located under the kitchen sink.
