Beautifully furnished, and spacious private home in Northern Cape Coral. Located near all the Nightlife, entertainment, and attractions that the City has to offer. Situated in a quiet residential enclave, This Cape Coral home is great for family & friends. You will absolutely love this home away from home!
The space
Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this three bedroom home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room with comfy sofa and living areas. Private pool, free onsite parking, smart HDTV, High-speed WIFI and keyless access.
Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout, and directions to the house will be sent to you via Airbnb. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

The poolnwas fabulously and clean! The bed was comfortable....Roxanne reaponded immediately to a toliet issue that was fixed within hours!!! She even checked in to see if our stay was good....absolutely 5 stars!!!!!

Our stay in this lovely home was just great. The pictures were accurate, the home was well supplied (kitchen, bathrooms), it was very clean and a very comfortable place. The pool was clean and was of a nice size. I would go back there for a stay. Wonderful place!!!!

Roxanne, the owner, who lives near Cape Coral, called me the day before arrival to greet me. Every message we had at the VRBO site was friendly, responsive, &promptly answered. This was the 1st time we had a local owner, as opposed to a manager in Germany or someplace remote. WHAT a huge difference!Roxanne, Mike,& Cameron take pride in their house& want everything to go smoothly.I swam laps daily in the warm 40' pool. There was equipment for the beach. Ŵe felt safe. The greatroom had a nook with sofa& love seat for reading or conversing. There was a large TV at the other end, a dining rm table in another area& a long breakfast bar where we could eat or set up laptop. We used the TV's in the great room&primary BR.; they also were in the other 2 rooms.The primary BR, its walkin closet,& bath were well lit; the BR ceiling fan had a light. Every part of the great room, which included 3 ceiling fans, was well-lit & could be dimmed.The roofed patio table area (right out the great room slider) had a ceiling fan& light. Storage space was ample, towels plentiful, shampoo, bath gel& detergents, cleaning supplies were abundant.The appliances worked, the hot water was hot.The house & grounds were immaculate.The neighboorhood was quiet.There were no bugs or jury-rigged plumbing, unlike our last 2 VRBO's.We were treated respectfully, not as nuisances.If it's in my budget, I would return for another 28 days in Fall '26.

Absolutely loved our stay! The most cleanest vrbo we ever stayed at! The house was perfect for us. Loved the gate around the pool. Huge pool! And the laundry pods, soap, shampoo and conditioner were a great touch ! We hope to back!
