Get ready to play and relax at this modern 2016 built 2800 sq ft vacation home designed specifically for families and groups traveling together! This beach side house has it all! 4 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, Large open dining area that seats 14, Large living room with 60 inch TV, Pool table with Ping Pong table topper for rainy days, and large freeform heated pool with a detached commercial sized heated 8 foot wide hot tub for nights of relaxation. Best of all, the entire home is single story villa, so there are no stairs! This is a private, Enormous home built on a large half acre double lot that is a rare find only 800 feet from the beach! Home boasts 10 ft high ceilings, solid travertine flooring throughout, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. There are two propane grills for your outdoor entertaining. Pool area boasts a large 6 foot dining area with additional 6 seating FIRE PIT table!! 4 Lounge chairs, and additional cushioned seating outside to seat everyone in the family. Homesite was chosen for its close location to the beach entrance, as well as the fact it is located on a very low traffic residential street and is situated East of heavily traveled A1A. Visitors do not have any busy roads to cross when walking or taking the provided 6 passenger 2024 golf cart a short block to the beach! Beach access is visible from your front door! Do you like to work out when on vacation??? NO PROBLEM!!! The New Multigenerational facility directly across the street offers daily fitness passes and a water splash park! A brand new playground is also located directly across the street. This is an unbelievably convenient location to satisfy the needs of every member in your family.

In addition, all of the 4 bedrooms have direct access to the private heated pool and hot tub using their own sliding glass door. 3 large bedroom suites are equipped with two queen beds, and one large bedroom is equipped with a King bed. With 6 Queen beds and one King bed, home sleeps 14 privately and comfortably! Each bed has four pillows for your sleeping comfort. There is an additional pull out ottoman in the living room to accommodate one additional guest for a total of 15! All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Wifi and Cable TV are included.
Large leather sectional and leather recliner with ottoman surround the large 60 inch flat screen TV. Dining room seats a total of 14. Dining room table seats 10, with seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Enjoy the Keurig Coffee bar with a variety of coffee and tea selections for you and your guests to enjoy. Play inside on rainy days on the 8ft hand carved cherry wood Olhausen pool table that converts to ping pong with its topper!
Relax in the large tropical pool that is heated during the winter months at no extra charge! Behind the pool sits a large, hotel size, 8 ft heated jacuzzi tub! You can actually view rocket launches while in the HOT TUB!!!!!

Your beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful week's stay! You will be spoiled the moment you arrive Your welcome basket will include a variety of coffee, cereal, snacks, bread and the refrigerator will have fresh milk and orange juice. All linens, bath towels, shampoo, soaps, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your beach clothes, flip flops and toothbrush and RELAX!

Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf board, beach cart and beach umbrellas are included in your stay! A folding crib, pack n play and dining booster chair and two strollers are provided for the little ones.

Important... Due to tight cleaning schedule for peak periods of months of March, April, June, July and August, Saturday check ins are required. If you are interested in another check in day, please inquire first on the property instead of choosing instant booking. I will respond within 2 hours to confirm check in availability.

With Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona and all of the Orlando attractions only one hour a way, home provides the perfect option for the traveler who wants to experience everything Orlando has to offer, but wants to stay beachside during most of their stay.

We had a wonderful stay! There are plenty of beach chairs, towels, and beach toys! No need to bring any of that. Nice clean house and pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach!

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

This property was everything we could have hoped for and more! The house was perfect for our family, including our baby and two dogs. Everything we could have needed was there. The host, Rhonda, truly went above and beyond to setup the house for relaxing and fun. From the amazing pool, hot tub and backyard oasis, to the pool table, ping pong, beach accessories and golf cart. We loved that we didn't need to leave the house to have the best time! We would love to stay here again.

Loved it!

We just left after spending two weeks with our adult children and their families. Place was perfect for us all, lots of room and liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Hit the beach in the mornings - the golf cart was great for taking children and supplies to and from the beach! The pool was crystal clear and was great for staying cool in the heat of the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!

Everything at the house was wonderful. We had all the essentials, enough towels for everyone, the golf cart was awesome just a short ride to the beach, and the pool was a hit! Only thing that could have made the hot tub better was a rail to help you get in and out for the big drop in.

Great Stay

Loved the golf cart option to the beach. They had TONS of beach items to take with us. More than enough towels to accommodate our group of 10! Everything was perfect for a week getaway from the freezing MN winter.

Another fabulous stay over the winter holiday!

We love this house! Our fourth stay, and def not our last. House is perfect for a large family, pool and hot tub were perfect, and you can adjust to your temperature preference as needed. Close walk to the beach, super short drive to restaurants and grocery stores, Golf cart is easy to use for a super quick trip to the beach. Great play area across the road, and good walking area. Seamless communication, fast response from owner. Everything we needed to cook our meals was there, minus the groceries. Welcome basket Of snacks was perfect after a long drive! See you next year!

We all enjoyed our stay at the house the pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice. The kitchen was stocked nicely. Plenty of seating inside and out . So nice for couples everyone had their own bed and bathroom. The golf cart was a nice addition. We would definitely do this place again.

60th Birthday Trip

Perfect setup for couples and families, great outside setup! Kitchen was well stocked and welcome basket was so nice. We did not use golf cart a lot due to blinker not working, but can see it would be very handy to travel around and get to beach. We loved being able to walk to Tiki bar!!

Great house near the beach

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were great. We appreciated use of the golf cart to get chairs and beach toys to the beach. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool table. I wish I was still there!

Best Week - Best Stay - Best House

What a great stay our family had at this house - here is why it was the best : 1. House was filled with everything you need - from kitchen utensils, to spices, to beach supplies - not to mention the BEACH TOWELS and there were so many which was awesome and great quality. 2. Golf Cart - best added bonus and great quality. We would pack the cart up with all the tubes, boards, and chairs and in less than 1 minute we were at the beach and it was even better when it was time to come home making it back so quick or if we forgot something at the house we were back in a flash. 3. Each bedroom had its own TV and its own bathroom which really was nice when it was time to escape and relax. Once you closed the doors the noise was kept to a minimum which was also very nice. 4. The Pool and patio were clutch - nice shaded area when it was hot and the pool to cool down with. The pool was a salt water pool but honestly you couldnt tell. 5. The location was perfect - in 6 minutes we were at many restaurants in Cape Canaveral (recommend Grills we ate there twice it was so good) and in 6-10 minutes the opposite way you were in Coca Beach. Thank you Rhonda for a great stay and being available for us at check in and texts when needed !

Cocoa Beach Fun

Excellent!! The pool, beach access and playground across the street we huge hits for our kids. I'm not sure which they enjoyed more the beach or riding to it in the golf cart. And Granma enjoyed sitting under the covered patio to watch them play at the pool. NOTE: Pool has a full, removable safety barrier. Great vacation.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had all of our families together (12) and had a great time! Great beach, pool, house, and location. We even had the privilege to see three NASA launches from the beach during our stay. Such a great place with plenty of room for all and the pool/ping-pong table was a huge hit as well. Definitely staying here again. Rhonda was very helpful before and during our stay and responds quickly to any questions. We’d highly recommend this lovely house.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

The house had all the space we needed for our large group. The food items for our arrival was an added bonus you don’t get in most rentals! This rental has all you need and more! We would rent again and recommend to large groups.

A fabulous house just blocks from the beach!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beachside House! But the first thing I must mention is that it isn't "beachside", but it's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and the golf cart that comes with the house makes it even easier to get to the beach. We were able to see 3 rocket launches from the beach! The house itself is great. It's big enough for a large family group or several couples, yet provides enough privacy for everyone. Each bedroom is comfortable and has its own bath. The kitchen is well stocked, and the pool area is fabulous! We spent a lot of time at the shaded table by the pool, dining and playing games. Even on hot afternoons, we were comfortable sitting there. The pool was perfect, and the kids also enjoyed the splash pad located right across the street at the community center. Perhaps the best part of this house is the responsiveness of the host. She left a nice gift basket on arrival. When we had questions, she answered promptly and took care of our needs. She also supplied toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer pods, etc., which many hosts do not. The furnishings aren't perfect, which I don't expect in a rental house, but we were happy and comfortable. We had such a lovely stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.
