- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. AA Perfect location this fabulous villa with stunning sea views in Cala Mesquida Cove has a private pool and 3 bedrooms.
On the main floor you'll enjoy a bright entrance hall, kitchen with dining area fitted kitchen and access to the furnished terrace for al fresco dining. A split level Living room with sofa and TV, from which you can also access the pool. Dining area 
 Also on the same floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath, living room with spectacular beach views of Cala Mesquida and access to the porch. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, both with double bed, bathroom and access to the terrace. One with TV. Outside 2m x 25m2 pool surrounded by sun terrace with 8 beds and a shower room. Terrace with garden furniture. Portable barbecue.    
This beautiful house is equipped with fireplace and airconditioning, equipped with internet access, 3 TVs. Cala Mesquida beach is about 300 meters.
The price does include 300kw electricity costs. The counter will be read on check in day and check out day. Extra electricity consumption will be charged with 0.30€/kw

BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes water and 300kw electricity costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old.  
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (Balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day.
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
A cleaning fee of €50 will be charged in case of bringing pets

Villa at Cala Mesquida

As mentioned in other reviews, the pictures don't do the house justice: it's really spacious and perfectly located. The swimming pool is great. Huge king bed in the master bedroom. 10-12 min walk to the beach. Two small supermarkets for food and drinks (or a 10 min drive to a large one). Several hikes starting from the resort, including to other beaches. We had a great week!

Wunderschön gelegene Villa!

Alfredo hat uns sehr höflich und freundlich empfangen. Das Gebäude ist einige Jahre alt, und die Seeluft hat ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Es ist innen frisch gestrichen, und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Downlights und LED sollten ersetzt werden. Der Blick auf die Bucht und der Pool sowie das Gesamtpaket sind das Geld jedoch wert. Wir kommen eventuell im Hochsommer wieder, da das Wetter im Juni leider noch etwas kühl war..

Urlaub

Die Aussicht und die Lage ist wirklich einmalig. Das Objekt ist wirklich schön, teilweise jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Küche). Dadurch das wir immer draußen den tollen Pool genossen haben war das nicht so störend. Leider war aus der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar das der untere Bereich und damit einige Schlafplätze nur mit einem separaten Eingang zu erreichen ist. Dieser Eingang liegt direkt am Pool. Unsere Kinder waren für diese Schlafplätze vorgesehen. Für den Fall dass sie aber nachts doch wach werden und/ oder rufen oder wach hätten wir sie nicht gehört und sie wären geradezu in den Pool gesteuert. Wir haben dann etwas ungeplant, aber das sollte für zukünftige Gäste einfach besser beschrieben sein Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen ganz tollen Urlaub vor Ort !

Tökéletes!

Nagyon szép helyen van, csodás a kilátás a tengerre és a partra. Mindennel felszerelt, tiszta, tágas. A medence nagyon jó, szép a kilátás a ház minden pontjáról, minden szoba tengerre nyíló. Szebb mint a képeken, csakis ajánlani tudom! Autó azért legyen kéznél, mivel egy nagyon nyugodt részén van a szigetnek, így ha nyüzsgésre vágyik valaki, akkor autóval be kell menni a legközelebbi településre. De ha valaki tökéletes nyugalomra vágyik és csak egész nap a tengert szeretné nézni, és úszkálni a medencében, akkor ennél szebb helyet keresnie sem kell. Köszönjük!

Magnifique view on the sea

Lot of space, nice location, would be excellent if: living room furniture, dishes and kitchen ustensiles where good quality and in enough quantity. It would be a good idea for the landlord to invest in comfort. Whatever the renting price is.

Wunderschönes Haus mit top Lage

Wir haben Ende September 1 Woche mit 12 Personen (3 Generationen mit 2 Kinder & 1 Baby) in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir waren sehr begeistert über das Haus, die Lage (sehr ruhig) und die Aussicht! Der Strand von Cala Mesquida ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar sowie auch die kleinen Läden im Dorf. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter Alfredo war sehr freundlich und die Übernahme/Abgabe des Hauses verlief sehr umkompliziert. Auch die Rückerstattung der Kaution erfolgte in Kürze. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Übliche Abnutzungserscheinungen sind ersichtlich (Geschirr, Liegestuhl, Kalk in Badezimmer) jedoch nicht störend. Das Wasser in den Duschen läuft schlecht ab. In der Küche dürfte es ein paar Küchentücher mehr haben und die Leistung der Abwaschmaschine war etwas mangelhaft. Super Baby-Ausstattung. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Leider hatte es überall sehr viele Ameisen, daher sind Ameisenköder empfehlenswert. Wir haben die Ferien in dieser Villa sehr genossen und können es sehr empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, das eine oder andere Möbelstück war leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wohlfühlmodus ist aber auf Grund der Lage TOP!

Schönes Haus in super Lage und tollem Ausblick, aber ...

Wir waren im August 2017 für 11 Tage mit 11 Personen in dieser Finca und waren von der Lage des Gebäudes und dem genialen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Strand Cala Mesquida völlig begeistert. Leider aber gibt es dann doch einiges zu bemängeln. Die Finca ist in den Hang gebaut und hat daher sehr schöne Terrassen, es fehlt jedoch an Sitzgelegenheiten. Man hat es versäumt Tische und Stühle in ausreichender Anzahl aufzustellen. Teilweise stand auf einer riesigen Terrasse nur ein Tisch und ein Stuhl. Neben dem Pool hat man Lounge Möbel aufgestellt, leider nur mit 4 Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir mussten uns immer eine Liege dazu stellen auf der man dann unbequem saß. Die Finca ist für 12 Personen ausgelegt, es sind nur 8 Liegen vorhanden, bei 3 Liegen konnten die Rückenlehnen nicht mehr hochgestellt werden, da die Arretierungen abgebrochen waren. In der Küche stand eine kleine Kaffeemaschine (kein Vollautomat) die max. 8-10 Tassen aufbrühen konnte und dafür 40 (in Worten: vierzig) Minuten benötigte. Die Badezimmer sind definitiv zu klein, mit zwei Personen in einem Badezimmer ist es zu eng. In unserem Badezimmer war ein viel zu kleiner Wasserhahn montiert, man konnte sich nicht einmal richtig die Hände waschen, da der Hahn nur ca. 2 cm über den Beckenrand ragte. Teilweise waren die Duschköpfe stark verkalkt. Was mich aber besonders geärgert hat, war der Umstand, dass an wirklich keinem der Waschbecken ein kleines Stückchen Seife vorhanden war. Gerade nach der Ankunft haben dann doch einige die Toiletten aufgesucht und konnten sich nicht mal die Hände reinigen, auch war kein Gästehandtuch vorhanden. Man musste also erst mal sein Duschgel auspacken und nach Handtücher suchen um das zu erledigen. In einem Schlafzimmer viel der Putz von den Wänden. All das eben geschriebene habe ich auch am 2. Tag beim Verwalter reklamiert und gebeten er möge vorbeischauen. Leider kam niemand, stattdessen eine Mail mit Erklärungen. Abhilfe wurde nicht geschaffen. Schade, Schade, mit wirklich geringem Aufwand könnte man hier eine perfekte Wohlfühloase schaffen. Wäre der Mietpreis nicht so exorbitant hoch könnte man wohl über das Eine oder Andere hinwegsehen. Eine Finca in dieser gehobenen Preiskategorie muss mehr bieten. Da ist eine tolle Lage und ein schöner Ausblick nicht ausreichend. Das Gesamtpaket ist hier definitiv nicht stimmig.

Wunderschönes Haus!

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus. Der Kontakt war vor, während und nach dem Urlaub nett und unkompliziert. Alles super!
