Drug dealing in the parking lot. I did not feel safe. I was unable to get a refund. I left and got another hotel that was safe...

"Never ever go there, we came to checkout and room was used ,urine in toilet, food crumbs on the table, bed looks like someone was laying. We went downstairs told front desk and canceled our reservation and left."

The breakfast is not complete; it is almost always missing fruits such as bananas and oranges every day, unlike what was shown on the advertising page. 3. It was difficult for the elderly person to climb the stairs. We requested a room change but had to wait too long—essentially until the day we were due to leave after stayed there in 7 days. "Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. No complaints, will be coming back here again! Oh, and parking can be difficult to find in the middle of the day, but it really wasn’t THAT had to find a parking spot, just had...
