"We had a lovely time at this boutique hotel. The staff checked us in quickly and were kind enough to surprise us with a cake for my partners birthday. Shout out to Ma, Tiam, Chu, Dan, and Tinh for making our short stay very special. "I really enjoyed my stay in Sujet Center Hotel as i explored Hai Chau and My An. The check in with Quynh was very smooth which I appreciated as I arrived at night from a long travel day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable, all appliances and amenities worked as advertised. The area felt safe and Security Guard Ngoc was always on duty and friendly. When it was time to check out, J and Quynh were quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend."

"朝食+スパ付きプランにしました。 スパは1日につき３０分ほどのメニューの中から選べました。3日泊まったので3回。毎日違う方に施術してもらいましたが、皆さん上手でした。 朝食も種類が多すぎず少なすぎず良かった。熱々のスープのフォーは2日同じ麺で３日目は平麺に変わり、他のメニューも少しづつ変わっていました。アフタヌーンティーが良かったです。ケーキとお茶と軽い前菜(生春巻き)がおいしかった。 部屋のガウンがナイロンみたいなガサガサで着る気にならなかったことと、スリッパではなくビーサンだったこと以外は清掃も行き届いて清潔で、立地も市場や繁華街に近いのでとても良かったです。"

I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well. I didn't bother to complain again since it wasn't dirty to the point that is unacceptable for a hotel. The swimming pool bathroom/changing room is also very dirty. I think the hotel manager...

"An excellent hotel which will be my first choice of stay when I return to Da Nang. Situated in a busy area about 2.5kms from Da Nang Beach. My room was spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The Breakfast Buffet was always excellent with a good choice of food. A small but adequate swimming pool and gym if you need it. Trips can be booked through reception at competitive prices. The stand out feature however, were the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Always polite and smiling...

We stayed over my partners birthday which was made extra special by the staff who were so friendly, especially Jenny as she organised flower, balloons and a heartfelt note to be delivered while we were out as a surprise. We will be staying here everytime we come back to Danang. "

"Excellent location. All staff are polite , friendly and helpful. The room big and clean. But the Towels, bed sheets, and blankets can be kept cleaner and better. The faucet is broken, the water is very weak. The shower door is broken and cannot be closed."
