"This is a terrific hotel within walking distance of everything. The continental breakfast and staff are wonderful. Flowers galore on the grounds. Parking is available as well. We loved it!"

"The staff was unfriendly and I was asked to explain my disability because I had a service dog with me. I called ahead to let them know I was bringing my service dog and I was questioned as I checked in. The staff in the breakfast room were inattentive. I had to go up to them and ask them for water and juice. The coffee was self-serving which I did not mind. I DO NOT recommend this place."

"Clean room. The four pillows provided were flat. Parking included. Quiet area and within walking distance of locations. Free breakfast, but no non pork breakfast meats. Ordered cheeseburger in restaurant and waited 10 minutes for mustard! She cleaned a table, went into the kitchen, served food, and made drinks while I waited. Finally I went up to her, she forgot and said she’d bring it to me. I went back to her and told her I’ll take here. Cheeseburger was cold."

"Staff was outstanding. Location can not be beat - steps from the square. Lovely, comfortable room. Nothing pretentious, just an old-world (Santa Fe) charm. Garage parking made getting out of the city easy too. I would most definitely recommend. I wasnt sure what to expect and was delighted."

"Beautiful little place in a quiet area. But the room was so dark, the toilet ran constantly, neither of the windows closed and we woke up to plenty of ants on the kitchen counter. Parking was a challenge."

"This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation."

"In room coffee maker did not work. Went to lobby for coffee but no cream. One of the exercycles had a broken seat height adjuster. Other one was in use. Combined made a crabby start to the morning."
