Extended Weekend Getaway

The property was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the back deck area and gas grill. We enjoyed dining Al fresco and morning coffee on the deck. This is a great property for families and couples traveling together.

Location location location

The house was great for a mother/teenager trip. Not fancy but perfect for a large group, plenty of room and the river in your backyard!

We all loved the house and the dock area! Just perfect for our family weekend stay. The fold out bed needs more padding with the metal springs. we has a little trouble with the bbq grill, but changed out the propane and it worked much better the next night.

The hidden gem of Canyon Lake

Beautiful property with everything you need on site! Close enough to everything be convenient, but far enough away to offer unmatched peace and quiet. The direct river access is a dream come true for those with a kayak or paddle board to get out and enjoy the water. The guest house, home of the 2nd queen size bed, is a perfect divider for families who may want a little more privacy :)

Beautiful Main House

My wife and I stayed in the Guest House, so our review is for that. We had a great experience, but there was no hot water to shower, no hair dryer anywhere in either house, and nowhere to hang clothes in the guest house.

Great Location

We've stayed in many places along the Guadalupe and this was one of our favorite areas. The house was nice and clean. Very impressed by how much hot water we had for showers. Location on the river was fantastic. We brought paddle boards and it was perfect for paddling. Tubing spots are very close by as well as local food spots. Would book again…

Wonderful vacation home

This is a beautiful vacation home in a great location. The house is set up nicely and the extra little house is a bonus. Easy access into the water on the floating dock and great kayaking if you bring them with you. The water here is very cold due to the fresh springs feeding into it but on a hot summer day I found it refreshing, some folks found it too cold.
