The home was super comfortable and perfect for our needs. We chose it for its proximity to Palo Duro and it was a super easy drive out to the park. Also, not a bad drive to Caprock Canyon. It was clean and had everything we needed. Fenced in backyard would have been great if we had been traveling with our pup. Host was quick with communication and check in was a breeze.

Everything was great. Enjoyed a casual friend weekend for star gazing. Plenty of room to enjoy being together but space enough for us to get some quiet time alone. There is “generous” kitchen space so we easily made breakfast with available cookware. (We love to make and share meals together)Comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of space to hang out together in the “great room”. Quiet neighborhood. I would recommend the house for small groups of friends or a small family.

The house was perfect for our family of 6 plus two visitors from time-to-time. There was a huge dog-friendly fenced in back yard and all of the flooring inside was dog friendly so no worries about accidents on carpets. All of the supplies we needed in baths and kitchen were ample as well as access to the washer and dryer. Can't think of a single thing I would change!!

This is a beautiful home on the outskirts of town . We had a wonderful view of the grassy hills behind us dotted with cows! It was beautiful watching the sunrise over the hill . My son is a chef and the kitchen was fully equipped for him to cook us a delicious meal. It was peaceful & quiet located in a new neighborhood. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing stay in Canyon

The property is brand new and is exactly like the photos.I could not have asked for more - it is perfect for a family of 5 that wants to explore the area!!It is in a very secluded and safe neighborhood, but super close the Canyon, the Musical as well as a short drive to other cities.Super easy checkin and the property was spotless. Excellent host communication and I also really appreciated that we were able to checkout an hour later than expected. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area again - Thanks so much, Steph!

Canyon Home

Home was 20 min drive to Palo Dura Canyon and was clean and quiet. Location is in Nieborhood which backs a field and longhorns. Price point was a bit on high side but the property was very comfortable setting. Would stay again

Great Experience

We rented the house for a family member's graduation from West TX A&M. The house was very clean, organized, and well kept. The owner was prompt in replying to the questions/comments we had. Highly recommend if needing a place around the Amarillo/Canyon area.

4th of July family wedding stay

The pictures of the house are accurate. It was lovely and had all the items we needed. The host was responsive and very helpful. The house had plenty of space. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the property was well kept. The keyless lock on the door made arrival and departure easy. We would definitely stay at this house again. We had a very nice 4th of July in Canyon and the host provided us a link to see other activities in the area.

Palo Duro Canyon Hike and Texas Musical

Spacious house close to the canyon. House was clean and comfortable. We did not find a water park in the neighborhood as listed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Holiday Stay!

We had a lovely time at the house. It was warm and cozy in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the setup with the master on one side of the home and the guest on the other. The yard was great for our pups when we were at home. They had everything we needed in the kitchen too. Bed nad sofa was extremely comfortable. It was close to Palo Duro and a very good honey winery! We truly felt at home and will definitely stay again when in town.

This was such an awesome place to stay. Steph (the owner) was great at communicating and responding. The property was a new home, very clean and cozy and it made us feel at home. Very quiet neighborhood and close proximity to everything. Myself and my family really enjoyed our time here. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again if available on my next visit.

Quiet neighborhood

This place was very roomy with plenty of space to sit and visit. The location is in a subdivision, but close to the interstate and a quick drive into Canyon. The host was very responsive to messages.
