We booked desperately for our Ballon fiesta trip but I left the next night due to the smell and location

"The staff were friendly and efficient. Renovations are not yet complete. I was pleased to find a window that would open. It was puzzling to find no coffeemaker in the room, but easy to use the always-available coffee maker in the lobby. Having only one chair in a room for two seemed chintzy."

We had some travel plan difficulties and Damen stepped in quickly to assist us. We can say enough how much we appreciate his help. The cocktails in the bar were great! We would definitely stay again.
