Visiting colleges, graduation, family, and friends?Just 5 mins away from St. Lawrence University, 7 mins to SUNY Canton, 17 mins to SUNY Potsdam, and 15 mins to Clarkson University. This house includes 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2.5 baths, large kitchen, living room, dining room, and a 2nd floor laundry room off the master bedroom that features a large walk in closet and newly renovated ensuite bathroom. Looking to have a nice fire at night? Enjoy the firepit to complete your stay!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement, office on the first floor, and storage rooms on the second floor.
Other things to note
Guests must acknowledge that 2 dogs do typically live on this property, although they will not be staying while guests have booked the entire house.There are two tiny houses on the left side of the property with its own private driveway, entrance, and field. Graduation guests- please note that the cost is $999/night and a minimum of a 2 night stay is required to book for graduations. Thank you in advance!

We do our best to accommodate groups larger than 10 guests by providing an air mattress for each additional guest to use. Please note that each person over the 10 guest limit is an additional $50/night to cover added cleaning costs and utilities.

Parents weekend stay for SLU

The house had many bedrooms. The kitchen and outdoor deck space were great for entertaining. Very clean. A 5 minute drive from SLU to the house.

Large & Lovely Farmhouse

A perfect spot to accommodate a large group. We had a wedding nearby and this lovely farmhouse has plenty of space for a large group. Beds were very comfy, location was perfect and the setting is lovely. Communication with host was excellent.

Nice place for sure.

Very nice place to stay! Could have been cleaner and disappointed about the sheets not being washed. But after a day of laundry all was great!
