"I've been staying in Tucson hotels for decades as I live a few hours away, but I'd never stayed here. Really didn't know it was here. The only thing I was a bit wary of was the possibility of maybe my room had been used previously by a guest with pets. Just after checking in, a lady with 2 large cats in a huge cage was coming out of the elevator. I realize many...

"Hotel is clean and good. Staff barely provided any service.
No extra soaps or bath towels. The property is entry restricted for card holders even at main entrance, so we had to wait to get into the reception at ~7:30PM.
No breakfast for the price, not even a water bottle at check-in.
Its just stay and go."

"This property is great! Hotel is clean, chic, and inviting. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The tub calls to you to soak, relax and enjoy. Very walkable if you choose to get some steps in to the nearby restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Only small complaints were the room was way too pretty to not have a nice view, it overlooked a rooftop that had sitting rusty water. And it would be nice if the room was stocked with some refreshments to choose from( even at...

"The pool was not heated as noted in the property description. The tile floors in the rooms were very dirty, a wipe with a white washcloth turned the washcloth black. The hot water was extremely hot, so use extreme caution when turning on the shower. Breakfast was not very good. Cold scrambled eggs, overcooked sausage. Cereal, muffins and other items made up for the eggs and sausage. Restaurant was also a big disappointment. Only a few items were offered. The bar was good."
