Welcome to the Sandcastle Inn – now under our management! A perfect destination for comfort, convenience, and affordability in beautiful Cannon Beach. Centrally located between downtown and midtown, and just one block from the beach, the Sandcastle Inn will soon become your favorite beach getaway.

Sandcastle #604 is an upstairs 1-bedroom apartment that sleeps 2. Nautical and coastal touches throughout this sweet space will be sure to serve as a reminder that you are just one block from the beach. With plenty of room for relaxing, dining and hanging out, the spacious main room is furnished with a living area, dining area, and includes a new flatscreen smart TV (cable and WIFI service included).

A small but completely stocked kitchen is handy for that first pot of morning coffee, making up your beach sack lunches, or putting together a small dinner after a fun filled day at the beach.

Your bedroom is complete with a queen sized bed, and you'll appreciate the opportunity for a soak in the tub/shower combo after those fun, salty days outdoors romping in the waves, walking the coast, or just enjoying the sunshine.

Speaking of outdoors, don't forget to open the doors to your private balcony deck to let in the fresh air. You've also got space to set out your favorite charcuterie and fresh crusty bread from one of Cannon Beach's gourmet markets to enjoy happy hour, apps or just a casual dinner or lunch.

Did we mention you're just one block to the beach? Step across the road and down one cottage-lined block and you're there, ready to enjoy the day. It's not far to the tidepools of Haystack Rock. If you're ready to browse the galleries, shops, and cafes of Cannon Beach, you're only a short walk to downtown or midtown, so you can enjoy the best of both. Clean. Noisy on first floor secondary to occupants above. Mattresses seem to be old and very, very soft!!! Uncomfortable for adults. I would recommend that the owner update with new mattresses and for guests to request a unit on the second/top floor. Great location.

My stay at Cannon Beach was amazing due to the location of the of the apartment which was just a block from the beach. The parking was great and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The apartment was just what I was looking for with a full kitchen and nice interior. I would love to stay here again.

Outstanding rental unit experience! The space is perfectly located: just a couple of blocks to the north will get you great coffee or good food. Just a couple of blocks to the south and you’ll find great coffee, fun shopping, and pretty darn good food. And then there’s the beach! It is just a block away and so easy to access. Wonderful host, very responsive when I asked a question, and absolutely worth every penny!

Great location

This place was great. Location was awesome you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was right on site. The rental company was easy to work with and all directions were easy to follow. The beds were comfy which was a huge plus! Highly recommend!!!

Love this place!

Great, affordable option with perfect location

CB can get soendy, but this place is affordable. It’s also in an ideal location right in-between mid-town and downtown. We didn’t realize there’s basically two rooms in this unit. So it’s much larger than we thought. It’s not “fancy”, and it’s not ocean-front, but it’s VERY clean and comfortable. Would be great for a family with kids as well.

We had a great stay at this property! It was exactly as described and very well-maintained. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The location was nice, and was a good walking distance to the amenities of Cannon Beach!

Such great communication from property management. Had everything we needed. Very clean and walking distance to most places we wanted to go. Only complaint I have is the outside porch lights came on automatically and were on all night and shining through the Blinds in the bedroom

A Great Vacation Stay

Great Clean Location, Easy Access

I had a great stay here. The property and rooms were clean and well maintained and the beds were super comfortable. The unit is more or less in the center of a very walkable town, so it is easily accesssible to the many restaurants, stores and shops in town. It is also a block from the beach and has a great view of Haystack Rock once you get to the dunes. I would 100% come back to Cannon Beach and this will be my preferred location to stay at once again. It's the perfect size for an individual, a couple, or a small family.

LETDOWN

First, smelled awful. Musty, moldy smell. Mice droppings all over little deck, which the outdoor reeked of urine. There were spider webs from ceiling to bed in bedroom and later found a weird worm on covers. The kitchen didn't appear fully stocked so we had to purchase a few things. That sounds awful, but the location is great. Walk to beach and town. It is a lovely property, maybe just our unit. Still had a great time.
