The property is nice, easy parking. No bellboy service. We had a junior suite with terrace. It was small but functional. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty poor, more like a three star hotel breakfast. We stayed there for three nights. On Sunday, September 7th, we decided to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. I ordered a whole fish when they serve it to me it was bloody and raw inside. The server took it back. I waited for my fish while my husband finished his dinner. Instead of making a new proper fish for me, they brought it back fried and very oily, when I specifically asked for grilled because of my allergies. The fish was missing the top. It looked like somebody ate the top or chopped it off. It looked pretty disgusting. When I called the manager, she couldn’t care less, she didn’t even apologized. The server, who was very sweet, felt extremely bad. He apologized several times and said it’s out of his control.
The manager asked if I want to order anything else. I didn’t want to stay there. We asked for the bill. They took the Fish of my bill and didn’t offer any compensation for the mistreat and aggravation. We paid the bill for my husband’s food and walked away.
The next day, during the checkout, I complained to the front desk manager. His answer was that he is very sorry and feels very bad about what happened, and “when you come next time we will compensate you”. Does he really believes that there will be a next time for us st this hotel??!
