Franco is avery welcoming host.His communication was top notch from the original booking through the whole staying process of suggestions on where and what. Was going on in the area.Amenities,Franco's attention to detail was extraordinary. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay and even sharp knives!His condo is very comfortable and unpretentious and certainly felt like a second home from the minute we walked in.My wife and have been in the accommodation and hospitality industry for over forty years and this by far has been the best holiday rental experience we ever had.

Overall out stay was wonderful! The place was clean and as expected. Franco did a lovely job of communicating all the required info right before it was needed and making us feel welcome. I especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool for an early morning swim and the hot tub after a morning of hiking. 2 clarifications to note: 1) there is no gym although it is listed as an amenity - it’s a several minute drive to one and you would need to pay a drop in fee 2) while there is coin operated laundry within the complex there is no washer/dryer in the unit.

We had an excellent stay! Everything was exactly as advertised and the communication was top notch - they really did a great job clearly walking us through all of the details of checking in and out and had lots of little touches that made they stay extra enjoyable. We enjoyed the spa and pool as well which as a bonus given the time of year (Oct). They (and their cleaners) went above and beyond when we mistakenly left an item at the rental. Don’t hesitate to book!

This condo is perfect for a family with kids. The location is walkable to shops and trails in Canmore and the outdoor pool is great for the whole family. Franco has great attention to detail and his communication is wonderful. Highly recommend this unit!

Franco's chalet in Canmore surpassed all our expectations! From the hot tub and pool to the fully equipped home away from home to the 15min stroll into town. Canmore is picturesque and our family rated it as our favourite place on our 4 week trip! (above Banff and Whistler!) Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!

The owner Franco was an excellent host. Quick to communicate, offering ideas for groceries and touring the area. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The condo was a great home base for touring around. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cool instead of being a ‘hot pool’ as advertised on property and the parking app was not user friendly (there is an extra step required to cancel the previous registered license plate that is not indicated on the website. If you don’t cancel previous license plate you will get a $55 fine). All around a great place to rent.

The place was excellent and the kids all loved the pool. Was within walking distance from downtown and all the lovely stores. Not on a busy road but right on the walking trails and path. Would highly recommend this rental. Hosts were great and quick to respond and to both questions and had great suggestions. We will hopefully have the pleasure of staying with them again.

This was a great location and we much preferred the feel of Canmore over Banff. The facilities were great and there was nothing that we needed in the property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout of having 2 showers was very helpful with 2 teens. I think that some of the fittings could do with updating in the next year or so as they perhaps aren’t as modern as they could be, kitchen and bathrooms for example. The communication with the owner was outstanding, very responsive and helpful with the couple of queries and great recommendations as well. The gift card was well used at the airport and a lovely surprise.

Biking in Canmore

We were so happy with our 4 day Canmore stay. The accommodations were excellent and suited our needs for 4 people. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to use one of the two barbecues provided on site to grill awesome suppers. We rented e-bikes from Canmore E-bike rentals in Harvie Heights . It was a bit of a ride but beautiful bike paths the whole way there and the owner was so friendly and kind. The weather was a bit rainy but even riding in the rain was fun. One day two of us made the ride up Legacy trail and back from Canmore to Banff. And nothing better to wind down after a long day of biking than enjoying the pool and hot tub outdoors. We met lots of friendly tourists there and enjoyed conversation. I would definately recommend this place as a great place to stay.

From Start to finish our host was out of this world. Daily text's with reccomendations. The accommodation was perfect, so well thought out. Kids adored their cool beds. We slept like logs as the pillows and mattress were so comfy. Cleaning was immaculate and all the small details so well thought out. Great place to stay!

Franco’s place was very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable living space. We were a group of 6, including 2 young children, and enjoyed the outdoor pool after daily outings. The children loved the Harry Potter room under the stairs. Canmore traffic can be very congested so we appreciated being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Franco communicated with me frequently and provided updates on community events. I highly recommend his place!One thing to note is that there isn’t a lot of space for luggage and belongings in the second bedroom which sleeps 4.

We had an amazing stay at this mountain chalet! The location was perfect, and easy to find. The chalet itself was cozy, clean, and well thought out. One of the highlights for our family was the adorable kids' playroom tucked under the stairs — such a creative and fun space that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The bunk beds were also a huge hit and made bedtime exciting for the kids! The chalet had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfy beds and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making this place both stylish and family-friendly. We’d love to come back and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is the BEST!

This is a perfect location! The unit was spacious and decorated very sweetly. The beds were comfy and the unit was stocked with anything anyone would ever want. The best part? The hosts were so sweet and replied instantly to any questions we had, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special and we really appreciated every little touch they added! It is hard to stand out in a place as beautiful as Canmore - but these hosts sure did a great job!
