We had a great stay in Canmore at Franco's property. It was easy to find, within walking distance of lots of neat spots and a great home base for exploring the wider Canmore area. Having a heated pool right out the front door was a great highlight for my children, as were the different streaming services on the T.V.! The condo was cozy and clean, had lots of amenities, both for cooking and thoughtful extras like tea, coffee and hot chocolates. Franco was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond when I had questions. It was a great place to stay!

This was my first experience with VRBO and I am very impressed. Communication was amazing . The homeowner provided a ton of valuable information. The Chalet was immaculate. The central location of the Chalet made sightseeing easily accessible. If there were more than 5 stars, this property and owner would be deserving. Thank-you so very much.

Fantastic location, fantastic pool and hot tub. We brought our two granddaughters and they absolutely loved it. It was really nice having the bedrooms upstairs, separated from the main living space. I would say, however, that the master bedroom needs a little attention. The mattress is overdue for a refresh and the squeaky bedframe was almost unbearable.

First off, Franco is a wonderful, responsive host. He was very prompt in replying to my questions and proactive, flagging a very minor issue in one of the bedrooms. The unit was spotless, very well-appointed with everything we needed and very comfortable. This was our first stay in Canmore - we usually stay in Banff, but we will most definitely return for our annual family ski trip. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

This chalet was perfect for our family of 5's ski trip to Canmore and Lake Louise. The location is great and close to town and all amenities. The layout is great and the kitchen and table big enough to host our friends for dinner. The kids loved the bunk bed. The pool was warm and the hot tub perfect - the whole pool area was very well maintained and clean. We spent a lot of time swimming there. I definitely recommend this place to stay and think it was excellent value.

Cozy, comfortable chalet, close to the ski resorts and then after you can soak in the hot tub and pools. The owner was super responsive and thought of everything including a Banff pass, games and all the kitchen tools for homemade meals in. Definitely recommend for families

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The pool, hot tub and Harry Potter room were such a hit! The access to the park pass was the perfect addition to lower our costs for our trip. Walking distance to some great Canmore spots was a huge bonus. We will be back!

The home was so well set up for our family. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. They had a baby seat for meal times and even water wings to keep our little guy safe in the pool. The kitchen was fully set up for people who actually cook! My older children loved the creativity and sense of adventure throughout the home. We slept well, with no distractions from the neighbors. The hosts were beyond excellent to work with, always responding promptly and with enthusiasm. We look forward to booking this property again next time we're in the area!

Franco is avery welcoming host.His communication was top notch from the original booking through the whole staying process of suggestions on where and what. Was going on in the area.Amenities,Franco's attention to detail was extraordinary. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay and even sharp knives!His condo is very comfortable and unpretentious and certainly felt like a second home from the minute we walked in.My wife and have been in the accommodation and hospitality industry for over forty years and this by far has been the best holiday rental experience we ever had.

Overall out stay was wonderful! The place was clean and as expected. Franco did a lovely job of communicating all the required info right before it was needed and making us feel welcome. I especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool for an early morning swim and the hot tub after a morning of hiking. 2 clarifications to note: 1) there is no gym although it is listed as an amenity - it’s a several minute drive to one and you would need to pay a drop in fee 2) while there is coin operated laundry within the complex there is no washer/dryer in the unit.

We had an excellent stay! Everything was exactly as advertised and the communication was top notch - they really did a great job clearly walking us through all of the details of checking in and out and had lots of little touches that made they stay extra enjoyable. We enjoyed the spa and pool as well which as a bonus given the time of year (Oct). They (and their cleaners) went above and beyond when we mistakenly left an item at the rental. Don’t hesitate to book!
