Alright this was a fun place close town, close to the slopes. But I will say the building access wasn’t great, it isn’t very helpful if you were just visiting. The pool area is cool minus that the jacuzzi wasn’t hot half of our trip, and that little kids were in there most of the time, even late at night. Literally kids! in the jacuzzi yelling and playing which is fine, but none relaxing in anyway. The front desk for customer service was very poor and there was rarely anyone there to help or ask questions too about the property. They advertise having a WAX room for your skis and snowboards which isn’t even on the property maps anywhere. And when we called to ask about it the staff member's and even the property manager didn’t have any idea where or what I was talking about. We did actually find it, and when we did it was labeled as a storage room that had nothing in it except dust and dirty. There are no tools, no iron, no anything. So that wasn’t great for us, especially coming from another country. The gym is very cool just a little walk away located in another building which I thought was a little weird but good for a quick little workout. Overall I except a little more out of our experience there. Thank you

FAMILY DAY WEEKEND

Nice condo for a small family. Quiet, clean & comfortable. Took some time to figure out the building map as well as navigate the parking situation but once we familiarized ourselves, it was a breeze. Good value for the dollar.

Beautiful Property and Three Sisters View

The condo was beautiful. Lots of excellent common space for visiting and sharing meals. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the separation of the two bedrooms. Excellent property for sharing time with friends and family.

Brilliant condo in fantastic Canmore

Wonderful condo with everything you need. Bigger than it seems on pictures and everything is high spec. Communication with owner was first class. Close enough to walk into centre toof Canmore and an easy drive into Banff NP

No room for luggage, not enough toilet paper for a week, TV remote did not match the TV, some of the dishes were dirty, dusty mirror in bathroom, parking was full on our assigned floor, design of condo was confusing. Would not recommend to anyone.

We had a good time, place has good amenities nearby. There was a lot of space, and the area is ideal. The tv remote didn’t work, which we worked around, and it’s quite loud. But really, we didn’t get a chance to watch much tv anyways, very busy with the sights and hiking

The best communication I’ve ever had with a host for check in and check out. A great location and great space! Appreciated the stocked kitchen with basic supplies and ingredients. It was really awesome to be able to borrow bear spray and National park pass to use during our stay!

Great Stay

Our family of 4 (kids 18 & 19 yrs) stayed at Bow 221 for a week while visiting the Banff area. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing. Balcony view was nice and we spent lots of time out there. Everything was clean and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again!
