Huge Pool & Amazing Views! Relax with your canine companion and share some downtime in the fabulous Canadian Rocky Mountains. Incredible views and an amazing resort pool plus other onsite facilities including an exercise room and 3 relaxing outdoor hot tubs. Finish your day off with a BBQ or relax looking on the West-facing balcony to watch the sunset behind an amazing view of the Cascade Mountain. Traveling in a group? We have 3 other units in this complex as well.

This 830 sq ft dog-friendly 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in the second floor and is conveniently situated just steps away from the hot tub. All just 15 minutes from Banff, and approximately one hour from Calgary, this home away from home comes with a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely covered patio with BBQ and seating to enjoy the mountain air. Newly renovated bathrooms with a stunning walk in shower in the master, and a soaker tub in the guest bathroom, and both bathrooms with gorgeous stone countertops. Both bedrooms offer scrumptious soft towels, comfy beds and luxury hotel linens.

We love where we live, and we love to share it with guests, so when you stay with us we welcome you properly, with added touches such as freshly roasted local coffee and locally made, 100% natural bath and body products. The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!).

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all parts of the condo.

The Neighborhood:
The Lodges at Canmore is located in the main tourist condo area. The local bus is nearby, with connections to a bus to Banff, Lake Louise and Calgary. If you come by airport shuttle the stop is a few minutes up the road. This is a licensed, legal condo, so your booking is assured. Coffee shops, liquor store, general store etc. are all 10 minutes walk away. If you need a little pampering, One Wellness spa is gorgeous, and is located within Solara Resort just up the road. There are restaurants, coffee shops and bars close by, see our Welcome Book for details.

Getting Around:
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up, a 15 minute walk from the home.

Other Things to Note:
**As of Aug 27 2025 the Cougar Lodge hot tub is closed for repairs. We do not have an ETA for completion of this work. Wolf & Grizzly Lodge hot tubs are open as normal, as is the swimming pool.** Check in is via the front desk. There is secure underground heated parking for your vehicles. Dogs must not be left alone in the unit unless they are in a crate. This condo is not air conditioned, so if that is important to you, please reach out and we can find you an alternative.

Interaction with Guests:
We live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. Talk to us for advice on hiking, biking, skiing, restaurants etc. If you need specific equipment for your stay that you don't want to buy, get in touch and we'll see if we can help.

Excellent communication, very helpful. There was a cute welcome sign snd lovely soap when we arrived which was a very nice touch. There were also unexpected extras like dressing gowns. The bathrooms were clearly newly renovated and especially nice! Would definitely recommend!

February Canmore stay

This condo was clean and comfortable and the hosts were responsive and wonderful. The pool was great for our kids (note that it is located across, in a different building), but the hot tubs are very small. The location is amazing, close walk to downtown, restaurants, etc.

Great Location and Staff!

This unit is on the corner and has quite a bit of privacy, which was nice. The inside was as pictured and perfect for a home base. The place is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Amazing condo

This condo is exactly as advertised, maybe even better! Very clean. Well equipped with laundry. Amazing views. Easy walk to downtown canmore. I highly recommend this rental and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

The accommodations were as listed and were fantastic. The heated garage was a plus. We were able to leave our ski equipment in the car and we didn't have to drag all of the ski equipment into the condo to keep the equipment out of the cold. We will/would certainly stay at the condo in the future.

Amazing family getaway

The condo is modern clean and comfortable for a small family! We had a 2 yr old and a 2 month old with us and it had everything we needed! The outdoor pool was awesome and a perfect way we spent our evenings! There was also a little park beside our building for my 2 yr old to play. It was close and convenient to get to downtown and also nice breweries only a block or two away! We decided to stay an extra night and the property manager had the process completed in minutes! I will definitely stay here again!!

Lovely condo with all the amenities. Beds and linens were comfortable, showers were great. Kitchen is well stocked with oil, spices etc, The only complaint is the living room couch - lumpiest, most uncomfortable couch! However the property manager indicated a new couch is on the way! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place, great owner, would stay again.

The owner/manager of the property is terrific. She is super fast to respond, answers all the questions, and helps with any requests. The property is just as described. It is super clean and easy to get to. Check-in process is super easy since there is a concierge in the complex, who is available 24-7. I was very pleased with the kitchen and grill as we cooked on several occasions. All of the pans and pots were in perfect condition (unlike other places we stayed). Washer and drier were super helpful - I should not have brought so many cloths with me :-) The location of the apartment is also excellent, it is just off the highway (2-4 minute drive), yet you do not need to get into downtown to fight with all the traffic. Walking to the "main" downtown of Canmore is about 15-minutes but there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, etc. less than 5 minutes away (walking). There is also pool, hot tubs, and a gym on premises if needed. Internet connection was very good and we had no issues streaming movies on our computers. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would high recommend this place to others. Big thanks to Jane and her team for hospitality.

Great stay!

Great location to come back to after a day of exploring Banff National Park. Loved the underground parking and coziness and warmth of the property. Bonus that there is a washer and dryer so we could wash clothes while we were there. Canmore is a lovely town and this property is within walking distance to great food and shopping. Great property! We already miss this beautiful area. Trip of a lifetime!
