"The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!"

"I'm glad I went here. I arrived at the bus station and took the 8 bus and walked. The employees were friendly. It opened three months ago. It's like 23000 sq ft and a lot of stairs since I was on the 3rd floor. It came w breakfast. My mattress was comfy and they gave me a robe. I would go back, but with less luggage since the stairs are hard w luggage. It was $3 to use washer and dryer."

"Charles greeted us upon arrival and took us on a tour of his beautiful house. It was magnificent. Spacious and well-appointed. A terrific stay!"

"Quickly booked this hotel on a whim so we would have somewhere to stay while in town for a concert and it did not disappoint! It seems it was in a nice, safe, not too populated area so that was great! The bed was so comfy for me, I had such an amazing sleep. The pool was nice as well! I wish there was a hot tub but that's all good! The hotel was decorated in a nice modern way and everything was so clean! Upon checking in we realized that our room's A/C was not working and they immediately...
