"Great "

"I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!"

"Lovely boutique style hotel. Intimate feel with grand amenities. The staff was extremely attentive. And it smells delicious everywhere you went. Don’t know what they’re piping thought the vents but yes to it! The restaurant was great. Good food. Nice vibe. And the seating area was perfect for reading and meeting with friends. I’d def stay again. The staff though, it was all about the staff."

"Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up."

"Very terrible experience I would give it a zero star rating. I had to check out of the hotel immediately after I checked in given how unclean the hotel was it was smelling of mold. The room wasn’t close proximity to the parking lot and it felt very unsafe. The property did not give me a refund, although I booked it for nine days. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was not similar to what it appeared in the website."

"We booked our stay wanting to relax at the rooftop bar & pool during sunset but it was closed. First we were told it was because it rained earlier that day. When I complained to management they said it closed at 10pm (it was 9:30pm). Then when my husband went to the bar to get a drink @ 9:30pm, the bartender said they were closed. Management said the bar closes at 10pm. The facility is nice, clean & conveniently located next to Mercedes Benz stadium in Atlanta but we were VERY DISAPPOINTED at...

"It was a great, beautiful place to stay. Our room was near elevators and was pretty quiet. Unfortunately We were overcharged for valet parking and they are working to provide a refund."

"First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck....

"Hotel was in a great location! Atlanta traffic is horrible and this location helps navigate getting to and from the city. The hotel itself was amazing from the room, food, and service. Highly recommend! It’s my go to hotel whenever I am in the city!"
