"Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. WiFi was flawless.Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and taken care of right away.Jay and Ashley are terrific. Actually got to meet Jay... outstanding young man. Really a pleasure.We have stayed in other parts of Palmas Del Mar...

"Although the beaches are not usable due to ecological reasons, the location is stellar. The was super comfortable and accommodating. Norberto’s is definitely and “swanky” spot with the best bartender, Andres. I would definitely revisit Palmas Del Mar. Thanks for the experience. "

"Beautiful place to stay. It has everything you need if you want to spend a day at the beach or at the pool. There a number of restaurants inside the complex as well as a small grocery store. If you don’t want to leave the premises, you have everything you need there. Angel is a great host and responded in a timely manner whenever we needed something or had a question. There is the El Yunque rain forest and several beaches within a 45 minute drive. I highly recommend this place."

"We recently returned from this beautiful home. Communication with the owner was amazing and the check-in process was very easy. We didn't realize that the house only had air-conditioning in the bedrooms, but that was our fault for missing it in the details. We also heard that this is common in Puerto Rico. "Great for the price. Beautiful side of the island. An hour plus from San Juan so that surprised us a little. I say plus because sometimes the traffic is nuts. The house was perfect and was perfect for what we needed, which was just a place to rest our heads and sleep. Hector, the contact for the property, was very knowledgeable and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Would definitely rebook this property."
