Cozy suite in the hotel zone, with a lot of natural lighting. It has a partial view of the lagoon and the golf course!

It is located in the Hotel Zone, on a very quiet and safe closed street. Across the main avenue you can find Tortugas Beach with its beautiful blue caribbean colors. Right there you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Easy access by public transport. 5 min from the area of nightclubs, restaurants and shops.



The Space:

It is a complete, private studio. Located on the top floor, you have to take a few stairs.



You will have the studio just for you, with:

We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so you can arrive at any time.



Guest Access:

Public transportation is very easy from the apartment, you don't need to rent a car!



The bus stop is at the corner of the street, it takes you throughout the hotel zone and to the downtown. If you have a car we have a parking place that they can use (It is shared with the studio below). If it is taken you can also be parked on the street, it is safe.



The Neighborhood:

The air conditioning is a service included but we try to be ecological. So please turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with open windows and doors.



Getting Around:

Only 20 min from the airport, if you need transportation we can make the reservation for you with a company we trust. (Transfer price not included)



Other Things to Note:

Dear Guest,



The instructions and access details for your arrival will be sent 24 hours before your check-in. Please note that you are required to complete the online check-in form and provide an official ID for all guests staying at the property before your arrival.





This includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).



We share the parking spot with another apartment below. In case it is not available, please contact us and we will see if a neighbor wants to rent their place. Please do not park anywhere that does not belong to us.



NOTE: Due to the tropical climate and location of the property, you may encounter harmless small animals or insects during your stay, despite regular fumigation and maintenance measures. We appreciate your understanding, as these conditions are part of the natural environment of the region.
