You will be in an exotic destination a protected natural area, and everything around us is sacred and part of the charm of the experience.
Please remember that you're staying in a Cabin, not a hotel, treat the space with respect. If any inconvenience occurs, notify us and we will do what is in our hands and as soon as possible. However, there are no staff attending the Complex 24/7.

We provide as a courtesy some Amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, water, cleaning products, cleaning products, etc. that are not replenished during the stay.
It does not include daily cleaning service, but if you wish we can schedule it with an additional cost.
Electricity is included in Short Stays (2-27 Nights). Please help the Planet by saving energy by optimally using the ACs by maintaining an indoor temperature of 25°C.
Electricity is not included in the Long term stays (after 28 nights) and will have an additional cost of $4 MXN Pesos per KwH.

- Occasionally electricity and internet services can present intermittences out of our control.
- In the jungle there are bugs that were here way before us, occasionally they can enter the cabins, make sure you keep the windows closed and have your natural repellent handy.
