Què no li ha agradat: Estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
We stayed 9 nights at this hotel. I will start off with the rooms first. They are very old and in need of major updates. Rust in the bathrooms, peeling and cracking all over walls, beds are uncomfortable and make noise with smallest movement. Walls are not sound proof at all. We could very clearly hear the conversation the people were having in the next room. Even them unzipping their luggage. They were painting on the floor we were on and the smell was strong.
Room service did do a great job cleaning our room everyday.
The pool is nice and the lobby is kept clean as well as the public washrooms. No activities for children on the grounds which was very disappointing. Come evening time there was nothing for them to do. They have two pool tables and my 8 year old was not allowed to play with us while under our supervision.
The buffet was decadent but not a lot of variety day to day. It was kept clean though and we always felt safe eating there. They would constantly replenish food and not kept out for too long.
The restaurants were great and the servers were very kind and accommodating.
The hotel does not feel very secure though. Anyone from the beach could easy walk into the resort if they wanted to.
If you have small children be careful that they don't have any accidents on the bed as we were charged an absurd amount to have the sheets changed which is very unfortunate considering the amount of money we spent to stay at this place.
