Què no li ha agradat: Personal i servei
The place was okay. The view is beautiful, big pool, multiple restaurants (but most are for other guest). The staff was the most disappointing part. When you are ordering food or drinks most of them look at you like “why is this person bothering me?” They are extremely slow with service, they just don’t care for the guest. Not all staff members were like this but out of all of them about 2-3 were kind and very helpful. Another annoying part is the moment you check-in right away they drag you to the membership conversation. We were tired from our flight, it was hot and we just wanted to eat and go enjoy the place but no first listen to how you can become a member even though no one asked. At this point, my family and I will not be returning to this hotel, it was also our first time in Cancun and it was not a good impression. We have been to Punta Cana to different resorts and hands down we loved it. If we do decide to become members somewhere it will probably be in Punta Cana.
