Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The property was beautiful, we went during a season where the seaweed was all over the beach but they tired to clean it off in the mornings the best they could. I can’t say I had any food there that was amazing. We had a group of 9 and most of the restaurants (aside from the buffet) had a hard time seating us or flat out told us our group would be separated. The food service was very slow most of the time making the dinners extremely long. There were wedding every night we were there so not sure if they took all the wait staff. The activities / evening shows were not impressive. The resort also went without water for most of the day and there were no announcements or guidance, everyone just started noticing when they tried to go to the bathroom or asked why they were giving out paper cups. The kids explorer area is not something you can go in with your kid and play for a while, it is drop off only and although the teachers seemed very nice and kind I was not going to leave my daughter there which was really disappointing because seeing the pictures of it was one of the reasons why I picked the resort. There was nothing else for her age group aside from the pools and of course the sand so we made it work.
