There is no lake view from any room. They supposedly "remodeled" & there are NO = ZERO jacuzzi tubs or so called private hot tubs. When I arrived to check out the jacuzzi tub room I had rented... There was a simple bathtub I think wiťh my knees bent to my chin I might fit in. When I questioned the Super 8 employee he answered "It is a tub that you can fill with hot water =private hot tub." My jaw dropped to the floor and upon regaining my composure I politely asked for a refund for false advertising and the Super 8 employee blamed Expedia for the false advertising and said he could refund my money due to it not being anything that he did. I walked out without even checking in and went back to my home. I still have the whole amount charged on my card as well. There were empty card board boxes where there had previously been a cozy and quaint sitting area. The place looked deserted and very uninviting. I had previously stated at this Super 8 for 3 different weeks and quite a few weekends. Knowing it is obviously under new management/ownership who apparently feel customer service is non existent and not important while providing false statements to get you in the door is the way to do business. I will NEVER ge back there again. HORRIBLE AND SERIOUSLY SHOCKING HOW BAD JUST A 15 MIN ENCOUNTER IN THERE HAS LEFT ME WITH SUCH A SOUR OPINION OF SUPER 8 MOTELS!

It needs a lot of improvements. No cups in the room to go with the ice container. Not a place to hang Your clothes, it seems unsafe do to certain traffic. Also very noisy with doors slamming shut through the night.

It started with waiting at reception for someone to assist in finding out reservation. Once the gentleman gave us our room key we walked into the hallway and it wreaked off cigarette smoke. Upon entering our room the floors were sticky the towels and wash clothes were stained like they were previously used to clean mud off something and it wouldn't wash out. It was stated there would be a continental which turned out to be only coffee. Very disappointing. The smell made me nauseous. I would not recommend this place.

I didn’t even take my purse off my shoulder when I walked in the room. I knew as soon as I drove up to the property As soon as I walked into the room, I was like “oh no, there is no way I’m staying here!” It’s a place where you couldn’t even take your shoes off to walk to the bathroom. I don’t think Wyndham understands who is representing their property or they would pull that license. It was terrible! And it was more like an apartment than a hotel because people were actually living there. I thought I was gonna wake up chopped up and stuffed in the ice machine. It was straight out of a horror movie.

Extremely poor conditions and customer service. In town for a wedding. The room had a window that wouldn’t shut and was open to the other tenants that were smoking right outside the window. Didn’t feel safe as the property appears to be housing for the homeless or disadvantaged. We didn’t stay. Spent 15 mins on property and asked for new room or refund and got neither. I will never stay or recommend a Wyndham property again! And that includes my company and work travel as well!!

When we arrived, the hotel was under construction. We were informed there would be no breakfast service. It would have been nice to have heard about that when I made the reservation a month ago. We were initially led to a room that stunk of mildew and was about 50 degrees. We refused to stay in that room. They sent us to another room, where neither of the lights by the beds worked (there were no plugs, the cords had been cut), using the TV was difficult and required the front desk person to come upstairs. When we needed more toilet paper, no one answered three calls to front desk. Every time we came into the hotel, one or more of the staff were standing out front smoking. Overall, very disappointed. We have stayed in that motel seven out of the past eight years and have never been dissatisfied. Until now.

When we went to our room the sheets were stained, there was no place to hang your clothes. phone in room unusable to contact front desk and difficult to get room cleaned and they only did it once after promising to put us on the schedule on Monday and not cleaning until Wednesday. Nobody at the front desk in the morning to talk to. Could not use many electrical outlets because plugs would no go in or stay in. Facility needs major repairs.

A case of trying to do too much at one time and su

The truth is it’s a wonderful place to refinish and redo, but why are you doing all this major construction you probably should not be open for business certainly people who come and stay with you during this time. Will never come back again. Also, why are you renting rooms on hotels.com with a jetted tub and then you get there and find out that you don’t have any of those anymore because of the renovations. I did say one of the partially renovated rooms I guess and the TV didn’t work none of the outlets worked down the halls were all kinds of pain and different. It really was just the most awful experience and I never really bad reviews, but do yourself a favor and save yourself from ruining your business by shutting down and then reopening when it’s done Take it from me. I’ve been a creator of multi businesses that have been very successful and this is just not the way you do it.

Says handicap accessible and then they proceeded to put items in the way of the ramp after talking to them about it once before…fridge in the room was not accessible enough for a wheelchair user which we told them ahead of time that we needed an accessible room. gross in the hallways and door areas.

This hotel is aweful. To begin, we couldn't check in when we arrived because "the entire Wyndam system is down". Then 20 minutes later I could, but was rushing so we could get to the event we came here for, close to on time. Anyway, we got back at 1am and the walls are paper thin, so we heard all the people in the halls and close rooms. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. God aweful!

Upon our arrival they nitified us they cancelled our reservation and since we booked through a 3rd party there was no way of contacting us to notify. The e tire area was sold out for a co cert! We had to book several miles away from out venue at the last minute! BS!
