  • Escape to Maison des Ardennes, a secluded woodland cabin in Canaan, NY, where the Berkshires meet the Hudson Valley. Filled with rustic charm, warm wood details, vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace, it's made for slowing down. Sip coffee on the deck, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or explore nearby hiking, antiquing, farms and charming towns. A peaceful hideaway for romantic weekends, country escapes and time spent reconnecting with nature.

    Please note that our cabin is best suited for adults. The second bedroom is located in a loft with a wooden loft ladder to access - this particular bedroom is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with the exception of an oven.

We had a wonderful getaway at Maison des Ardennes! The house was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with my wife. We loved spending our evenings around the firepit, making dinner together, and settling in to watch the US Open.The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and we enjoyed getting out during the day and then coming back to the peaceful setting of the house. It truly felt like a retreat in the woods while still being close to so much to see and do. The apple cider donuts at Hilltop Orchards were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the hike at Olivia’s Overlook. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it for a family or couples getaway!
