"fire alarm routinely gets pulled in middle of the night by homeless who can access it next door in the bank atm. happened to us at 1:30 am and had to get up and evacuate. stairwell was full of people at the second floor and below. if there was a fire we would’ve been stuck there. stay somewhere else until they fix this issue"

Since I was traveling solo I opted for the Business room, which comes with free wifi, plenty of outlets, a refrigerator and coffeemaker, and the most comfortable bed ever! "The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, shower was hot and clean. The breakfast was basic: pastries, yogurts, coffee, juice, cereal, and oatmeal. Parking was free which is a plus. The soap dispenser was a little unsanitary in our opinion as you had to grip the bottle and squeeze the soap out rather than just pumping it out from the top. "The location of the hotel was great for my trip. I was in walking distance to so much. The hotel does not have an elevator so be mindful of that. The room size is like your average room size at home. Check in was perfect and I would recommend this place."
