Villa Gabelli is a charming Mallorcan Villa with stunning mountain and panorama views, decorated carefully with stone walls and traditional details.The cottage style villa all on one level is bright and friendly and provides the perfect holiday home with private pool for family and friends.



The entry to the villa is directly into the comfortable lounge with cozy sitting area, flat screen TV and international channels can entertain you.

The dining area is integrated with the fully equipped open style kitchen, Absolutely beautiful is the perfect mixture between modern devices and traditional wooden elements.

Villa Gabelli provides unlimited free WiFi.



Down the corridor there is a light and airy twin bedroom and an equally bright double bedroom beside, both decorated with large wardrobes. The bathroom in between is comfortable with bath and toilet.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.



From the lounge, doors open onto the north facing front terrace which is partially covered by porch for outdoor dining under open sky and with easy access to the fantastic pool and sunbathing area. The stone built BBQ beside invites you to prepare nice grill events and dinners. There is an exterior utility room with shower/WC.



From here you will enjoy the fantastic panoramic views towards the mountains of the " Serra de Tramuntana " Natural World Heritage since 2011.

The mountains form a pretty backdrop to the villa and to the front of the property you can see the historic building of Finca de Gabelli Gran.



Villa Gabelli is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges, flowerbeds, plants and shrubs.



Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca and surrounded by many points of interest like :

Caves of Campanet, water fountains " Font Ufanes " and Sant Miquel chapel, one of the most ancient churches in Mallorca. The rural Hotel Monnaber Nou is near to Villa Gabelli and offers a restaurant with incredible views and culinary highlights.



Villa Gabelli is located in Campanet, a cozy small town situated on the top of a small hill. Just minutes drive from its picturesque village, where you will find a variety of cafes, traditional restaurants, bars and many typical shops with welcoming ambiance and folklore. Any Tuesday, you could visit its open-air market and find fresh farm products.



There is a big supermarket and grocery located 10 minutes drive.



In a fabulous location, 18 min drive from other villages like Pollença Old Town or Puerto Alcudia beach, the use of car is needed to move freely and make the most of your stay, as there’s much more to explore at the surroundings of Villa Gabelli!

Fantastic villa - five stars!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gabelli. The villa is lovely and the location beautiful. The kids loved the pool! Owl Booking were fantastic hosts and very easy to keep in touch with. We had such a great time - we will definitely be back!

Urlaub zum Entspannen

Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich und ohne störendende Nebengeräusche aus der Zivilisation. Bis zum nächsten Ort, Laden, Restaurant, sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Betten und Einrichtung sehr gut. Wir mussten uns nur an das, für uns zu schmale, Doppelbett gewöhnen.

Villa Gabelli is a beautiful, stone Finca, set in a wonderful location, surrounded by hills and fields but not far from the amenities of the village of Campanet.

Eine schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Finca. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Finca bei Ankunft und bei der Reinigung nach einer Woche ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Dafür war die Reinigung des Pools und der Außenanlagen top.

Great Stay

A lovely villa, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Pool lovely and was maintained every other day. Area is so quiet, just the birds and geckos to watch in the evening. Great skies at night - saw lots of shooting stars. Much better than the photos show. You will need a car as it is remote but very peaceful. Lots to see within easy driving distance. Would definitely return to this villa if in the area again.

Exactly as represented online... a lovely and relaxing holiday home

Villa Gaballi was just the holiday home we were looking for! The villa is situated in a quiet area with views of the lower mountains and a hillside vineyard. There is a church just around the corner and a small courtyard where you can get a coffee or an afternoon beer or glass of wine. Several times little children were playing soccer in this courtyard while parents relaxed. A local cave tour is just around the corner with a lovely, flower terraced restaurant at the entrance. We had cold drinks/coffee at this location and attended a blues concert on the terrace. It was lovely! Our days involved leaving in the mornings for cycling, a city, the outer area markets or the water. We returned close to 3:00 or 4:00 p.m. ready to relax in a peaceful setting. As cyclists we had storage for our bicycles in an open garage or carefully placed in a third bedroom attached to the garage. We rode our bicycles each day directly from the Villa. There are rides of any distance on rolling back country roads (green on the Mallorca cycling map) with little traffic. We also rode 4 of the iconic mountain rides directly from our front door. Being out all day made our late afternoons and evenings at the Villa and pool even more lovely! With three different outdoor seating areas we were always outdoors for morning coffee, fresh apricots,plums, oranges or lemons from the property, an afternoon swim, reading, siesta or a quiet evening dinner. We felt close enough to Inca (15 km), Pollenca (20 km) and Campanet (2 km) that we could drive in for an evening dinner or to stroll and look around. On several evenings we rode our bikes into Campanet for a cold drink in the square. The villa was cleaned for us mid-stay, fresh towels were provided and the pool and grounds were cleaned several times. This home is given a great deal of attention and care. This is the holiday home we will choose upon our return to Mallorca! Thank you for an organized holiday stay without stress. Thank you for strong communication via the owners and Owl Booking. Thank you for having us and for the "touch of heaven" on the beautiful island of Mallorca!

SUPER GENIAL

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen, sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist eine traumhafte Unterkunft ohne Mängel. Unsere Erwartungen wurden einfach übertroffen, wir kommen mit Sicherheit irgendwann wieder.

The photo doesnot do it justice. Lovely location. Easy journey to main sights on the west side.

We were there in first two weeks of September. The weather was still hot. Very changeable some days but there was always some sun in the day. The villa has a lovely spacious garden and pool area. It has a decent size pool and useful covered out area. The table tennis fits nicely in the pool area. The shower room in the annex is much better than the main bathroom....great for use between swims. We picked figs, plums and oranges from the garden and the adjoining field....wonderful.

traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr begeistert! Wir hatten unsere Ruhe, alles war sehr sauber, das Grundstück mit Pool und Haus sind einfach top. Leider war eines der Einzelbetten ziemlich wackelig und quietschend, zudem ziemlich schmal, hat den Gesamteindruck aber nicht wirklich geschmälert.
