"I feel conflicted. 😐 This hotel is stunning, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. However, the checkin staff didn’t know what he was doing, the parking charge is ridiculous, and the hotel restaurant was over priced. No pool or complementary breakfast service… just couldn’t find the benefit of using them over any other hotel."

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.
The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep.
The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly.
Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."

"Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. "

"Parking was a bit of a mess because there was a major wedding event clogging the surface level parking spots and blocking the underground area. However it was very easy to access everything else in the area! Beautiful location. Fun area. And my kids rated the breakfast 10/10! The staff were awesome and kind. And the egg white frittata was delicious!"
