For a no smoking hotel it stunk of smoke holes in blankets burn holes also toilet was running when i got there and stuff in toilet .when people walked past room shaked , holes in curtain heater had to turn on off at plug controls didnt work ... lady at desk was ok but when checking in talking staff ...
