"Excellent location for downtown Springfield. We really enjoyed our stay. Just for a FYI, the shower and sink in Room 822 could use some work. Shower is weak, sink stopper is broken. "

"Loved the stay! The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. At check-in, the front desk staff was quick to get us checked in and informed us of dinner, snacks, and drinks included with our stay. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The parking lot was safe, clean, and well lit. Breakfast offered a great variety of options. I had oatmeal and orange juice and it was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Nothing but positive things...

"This is a great hotel. Our bathroom floor was so slick we almost slipped every time we walked on it. Not sure what kinda of cleaner is used, but it’s slick. "

"The room we had originally been assigned was having issues with the air conditioning and it was about 100 degrees outside. We told the front desk as we were leaving to get dinner and head to the state fair. They said they could fix it while we were gone. After being outside for the rest of the day we both just wanted a cool shower and to collapse into bed. We got into the room and it was still hot. Went downstairs and they moved us to a different room that was nice and cold. The next morning...
