"The checking in process was harder than it needed to be. Parking in the lot was ok. When we got to the room it wasn’t cleaned….however the owner came while we were there and cleaned it up for us. The FOB that was supposed to help us get into the room and floor easier did not work so we had to constantly use the touch pad and only had 5 mins to get to the elevator and onto our floor. Totally inconvenient. The balcony chair was broken. Even though i paid daily for parking i received 3 tickets on...
