The actual property was beautiful. I had a lot of trouble reaching the host prior to our stay. Then on our second day we were locked out of the property for over an hour & It was over 95 degrees outside. I attempted to call, text & email the host to come let us in. I even called the emergency 24 hour phone number with no answer. Finally the host called back & said they were 30 minutes away but they would come let us in. Because of being kicked out our plans that evening had to be cancelled. Very unfortunate. Also when we arrived the water was off with no instructions on how to turn it on. We figured it out on our own. The AC was controlled by the host or someone else & it kept returning to 78-79 inside. Luckily there were fans. But the remotes for all the fans didn’t work. I hope the host can get these things fixed so they can get a better review.
