"Had a lovely stay at this hotel with very friendly staff. We had the Bruce suite which was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast before leaving also. Only complaint was the sealant round the shower had a substantial amount of black mould."

Staff were nice, had minimul interaction with them though. We only stayed 2 nights, in the family room. Read other rwviews about water quality so we didn't shower. Was no hot water in taps either. I'd stay again.for a shoet break though. Price was brilliant and location excellent "

"Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"
