Ideal for 4 to 6 people

Super flat of 82m2, with a triple orientation East/South/West, offering an absolutely exceptional view on the bay of Calvi, its citadel and the surrounding mountains, you will have two terraces of 47m2 (sea view and citadel) and 37m2 (south, mountain view and scrubland).

The flat is part of an old architect's villa which has been divided into 5 atypical flats in the very popular Pietramaggiore area (both in the calm of the heights of Calvi offering an extremely pleasant environment in periods of high traffic,  It is composed of a large living room with a panoramic view to the outside, a kitchen open to the living room, and a half-level access to the night space which includes 2 real bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

- Master suite: 160x200 bed - cupboard and wardrobe - bathroom - shower - WC, balcony with view of the maquis.

- Bedroom 2: 160x200 bed - cupboard and wardrobe - mountain view.

Room 2 has access to a bathroom with shower and WC in the corridor.

The rooms are reversible air-conditioned.

You will also benefit from a convertible sofa in the living room, which allows you to live very comfortably up to 6 people.

Wifi access is available throughout the flat.

The flat is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, television and an audio system with a Bluetooth connection.

There is a cot and high chair, a children's chair, board games, books, etc.

On the large terrace, a shaded dining area with a large table, a plancha and an outdoor fridge. Garden furniture and deckchairs on the sunny side.

Three private parking spaces.

5 minutes drive from the beach and Calvi town centre, 15 minutes walk from the beaches, the area is also very popular for cycling.

Cleaning at the end of your stay and household linen (sheets, bath and hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) are available at an extra cost.

Véronique and Patrice will be happy to welcome you personally and to tell you all there is to know about the flat, but also about the surroundings: beaches, hikes, walks, restaurants and bars, etc. To do this, they will meet you at a place agreed upon together and will accompany you to the flat to collect the keys.

From 15 June to 15 September, bookings are made by the week only.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super ausgestattet und genialer Blick auf Calvi! Im Juli 22 allerdings einige Baustellen drum herum und tagsüber entsprechend mit Geräuschkulisse.

Vue magnifique sur la citadelle Grande terrasse très appréciable dommage que l annonce ne précise pas les travaux de construction autour de l appartement . Bruits des camions et grues dès 7h du matin.

Cette location n'est pas faite pour des personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer ... escalier de 50 marches . Autre point très désagréable , les odeurs des fosses septiques qui envahissent l'appartement ...
