Beachfront apartment, one of the main ones in Calpe, La Fosa. Direct departure to the promenade. Beach at 5 meters. Large terrace with magnificent sea views. Communal swimming pool. 2 rooms and capacity for 6 people. 1st with double bed for 2 people, built-in wardrobe. 2nd with two single beds and closet, and 3rd, living / dining room with sofa / bed for two people of standard size. All services a few meters away (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants ...) kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker etc ... 40 "TV with Spanish channels and ASTRA 19º TNT SAT, WIFFI private connection, PARKING, heating 1 electric radiator in room 2500W. Peñon D`Ifach Natural Park at 400m and Les Salines at 300m, an exceptional place for bird watching. Its special location makes it special for families with children or couples who want to enjoy the beach and its activities all day.
Apartment 15km from Benidorm (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura ...) and 40km from the Altet airport (Alicante).
Within a radius of 20 km you can enjoy a wide range of sports activities (climbing, mountain biking, walking routes etc.) and leisure activities (wine, tourist, concerts, etc.).

From start to finish Gabriel made our stay perfect. Having a parking space in a private garage was an added bonus but the views from the balcony were just breathtaking! To be able to wake up every morning and watch the sunrise over the sea was heaven. The apartment was perfectly situated and had everything you could ever want for. An absolutely amazing stay will definitely be back again and Gabriel was a fabulous host even when we locked ourselves out and forgot the keys, the situation was resolved within minutes. Cannot thank you enough Gabriel. See you again Vicky and Martin

Ein spontaner Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder). Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die kompakte Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Unser Flugzeug kam spät am Abend, trotzdem klappte die Schlüsselübergabe pünktlich bei Ankunft an der Wohnung. Der Gastgeber hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Sogar unser Mietwagen fand einen Parkplatz auf dem geschlossenen/geschützten Gelände. Im Kühlschrank warteten ein paar Erfrischungsgetränke, Saft und eine Flasche Wein auf uns. Auf dem Esstisch wurden Orangen, Äpfel und Bananen bereitgestellt. Tagsüber steht die lange Promenade mit vielen Angeboten zur Verfügung. In ein-minütiger Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit reichhaltiger Auswahl an Produkten und Getränken. Ein großer Supermarkt ist 15 Gehminuten oder 4 Fahrminuten entfernt. Somit hat man hier eine große Auswahl für jedermann. Vielen Dank für so ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt Gabriel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der nicht nur einen Willkommensgruss in Form einer Obstschale und einer Flasche Wein sowie Getränken bereithielt, sondern uns auch half, das Gepäck in die Wohnung zu schaffen und für die Abreise sogar ein Gepäckwägelchen mitbrachte. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass man das Gepäck relativ weit tragen muss. Aber der Lift im Haus erleichtert dies sowie natürlich die Mithilfe des Gastgebers.

Super séjour

Situation de l'appartement idéal, au bord de la mer et près des commodités. Accueil très chaleureux et convivial. Gabriel est vraiment attentionné envers ses locataires, très disponible. Owner: Responsive, accommodating, above & beyond Location: Exactly as advertised- directly on the beach - easy access to restaurants & groceriesMy husband & I stayed for a week over our anniversary. Flew into Valencia, rented a car and had an easy drive down to the beach. The owner was waiting for our arrival & directed us smoothly to the parking garage. We couldn’t have asked for more - everything was perfect from start to finish!

Appartement 1ère ligne CALP : fantastique !!!!!

Tout était parfaitement parfait pour mon séjour de 3 semaines à Calp avec mes 3 petits chiens Gabriel est un hôte adorable, toujours disponible/réactif si besoin (corbeille de fruits et bouteille de vin blanc en cadeau d'accueil) Cet appartement coche toutes les cases : plage et le majestueux Penon d'Ifach aux pieds - Emplacement ( parking privé avec car port à 2mns à pied) - calme, équipements parfait (à l'exception des 3 poêles .. rayées, inutilisables .. : Gabriel, svp, un petit investissement serait le bienvenu, merci).

Sunny Stay in Calpe

We had a lovely time in this well located and well equipped apartment. The bed was very comfy and we generally slept well. The only downside was that you can hear some noise from other properties. Whilst this was no problem during the day, on a couple of nights this did disturb our sleep. The view to the sea and Ifach rock is stunning. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We loved our stay. Thanks Gabriel

Great stay in Calpe

we had a lovely time in Calpe. The apartment was spotless and our host Gabriel was very kind and helpful. The location could not be better as the apartment is just steps from the beach, and has a fabulous sea view. We would highly recommend this great apartment. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and lots to do in the area. The parking space is a big bonus too. Many thanks Gabriel.

Lovely apartment in amazing location

This is a really lovely apartment, everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, hot and powerful shower, a kitchen with everything. Also lots of extras such as salt, herbs, washing up liquid, hand wash, washing powder, plastic bags, even cling film. And wow what a fantastic location, directly in front of the gorgeous beach. So nice to sit on the balcony watching the world go by. Right on the front so you have loads of great restaurants and bars a few steps away. You can hire sun loungers on the beach for 18 Euros a day. The pool is round the back and is a good size, never busy really. Gabriel is so lovely, amazing communication and met us on arrival. Also left fresh fruit, water, juice, wine for us, very thoughtful. Our first time in Calpe, will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gabriel’s lovely apartment.

Perfecto apartamento. Inmejorable atención por parte del propietario.

Un apartamento con todas las comodidades, aire acondicionado, ventiladores en el techo, perfectamente surtido de todo lo necesario. Amplio y cómodo. La ubicación inmejorable. A un minuto de la playa y el paseo de Calpe. La atención del propietario ha sido exquisita. Desde su recepción al llegar hasta la salida, donde incluso nos ayudó con el equipaje. PARADISIAQUE

Pour commencer nous tenons à remercier notre hôte Gabriel qui est une personne remarquable ! Très accueillant, à l'écoute, serviable et disponible et pour qui, le bien être de ses locataires est une priorité ! Son appartement est en parfait état, très propre et spacieux. La literie est très confortable. De la terrasse la vue est époustouflante! On peut y admirer le majestueux Penon de Ifach qui est accessible à pieds. La plage est magnifique ! Gabriel a aussi prévu des jouets de plage, parasol, chaises, raquettes... Toutes les conditions sont réunis pour passer un excellent séjour ! Françoise et Didier

Sehr sauberes und zweckmäßiges Ambiente. Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Kleiner Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Ein Minuspunkt gibt es für die schlechten Matratzen in den Betten.
