"Fantastic hotel and great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a little concerned when we saw the amount of construction around the location of the hotel but it didn’t really affect us at all . The reception staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The walk into Florence is around 35 minutes at a decent pace, thankfully there is a hotel shuttle that runs until early evening so if dining out past 8PM you’ll need a taxi at around €25 . You’ll need to download some taxi apps in advance...
