"I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. "Todo fue increible, la comunicacion con ellos siempre fue buena y oportuna. Me esperaron para hacer el check in apesar que llegue tarde porque se retraso mi tren. La atencion de Navy super, 10 puntos!!
